Introduction to Bayong Building Attractions:

Bayong Building was originally named Xuanchang Building, and later renamed Yuanchang Building. The building is located in the southeast corner of Jinhua City, facing the Weihe River, and stands on a stone platform with 100 steps.

Looking up the stairs, we can see the blue sky, Wan Li, white clouds blossoming, South Mountain connected with the screen, and double streams winding. The existing building is divided into four buildings. The first entrance is the main building, with double eaves and pavilions, a rest roof, upturned wing angles and a stone abutment. This building was built by Shen Yue, a famous historian and writer in Dongyang County in the first year of Longchang in the Southern Dynasties (494). After the completion of the project, Shen Yue visited the building many times to compose poems and wrote many well-known poems. One of them is "Climbing the Changyuan Building", which reads: The dangerous peak leads to the north hill and lifts the south cen. Among them, Xie took a look back at Yinchuan. Every time the shore insurance increases and decreases, the rapids are flat and shallow. There are three schools of water. There is a stranger in the world, guest anxious to return. The falling light reflects the long pu, and the candle shines around the scene. Clouds and mountains are black, and streams are half cloudy at sunset. Believe that beauty is not my soil, why not smoke. On this basis, he wrote eight more poems, called Eight Odes, which was a masterpiece in the literary world at that time and was passed down as a swan song. Therefore, from the Tang Dynasty, the name of the poem was changed to Eight Odes. From the Northern Song Dynasty to Taoism, this name was established. In the 14th year of Xichun in the Southern Song Dynasty (1 187), Shen Yue's eight-part essay was expanded into a stone tablet. During the Yuan and Qing Dynasties (1312-1313), the building was destroyed by fire and the monument no longer existed. In the fifth year of Hongwu in Ming Dynasty (1372), the concept of treasure greed was rebuilt, and the Jade Emperor Pavilion was built in the abandoned land of Bayong Building, which was later destroyed. During the Wanli period (1573- 1620), the Bayon Building was rebuilt. The existing Bayong Building was rebuilt in Jiaqing period of Qing Dynasty (1796- 1820) and overhauled in 1984.

Since its establishment, Bayong Building has a close relationship not only with literati and celebrities in past dynasties, but also with heroes for more than 65,438+0,500 years. Wei Yan in the Tang Dynasty, Li Qingzhao, Lv Zuqian, Xie Ao in the Song Dynasty, Zhao Yuban in the Yuan Dynasty and other poets and calligraphers all came here to compose poems, leaving many poetic masterpieces. Hu Dahai, an important general of the peasant uprising army at the end of the Yuan Dynasty, Qi Jiguang, an anti-Japanese hero of the Ming Dynasty, and Li Shixian, a servant of the Taiping Heavenly Kingdom, all boarded the Bayong Building to review the troops. There is also Zhu Dadian, the minister of the Ministry of War at the end of the Ming Dynasty. He led the soldiers to fight fiercely with the Qing army and died heroically in Bayong Building, leaving an epic heroic historical record. When Comrade Zhou Enlai visited Jinhua on 1939, he also held a mass meeting of nearly 1,000 people at Bayon Beach under Bayon Mansion, enthusiastically propagating the policy of unity in the war of resistance. Therefore, Ren Yong Mansion is not only a beautiful ancient building, but also a combination of the poet's famous poems and heroic stories with a long history. When Li Qingzhao, a famous patriotic poet in the Southern Song Dynasty, took refuge in Jinhua, he boarded the poem "Eight Wings Building" inscribed by Bayong Building, saying that "Eight Wings Building is a land of eternal love, and mountains and rivers are left behind." The water flows three thousand miles south, and the barometric river has fourteen states. This poem fully shows the boldness of vision of the Eight Wings Building, the situation of Jinhua Town and Li Qingzhao's patriotic enthusiasm, and has become a famous work in past dynasties.
