Henry Chan, born in Zimaoshe, 1965, graduated from Chinese Department with a major in Chinese language and literature, and is a member of China Calligraphers Association, China Scholars Calligraphers Association, a researcher of painting and calligraphy in Oriental Cultural Exchange Center, a member of China Collectors Association, a senior researcher of China International Writers and Artists Association, a director of International Calligraphers Association, a member of Jiangxi Branch of China Calligraphers Association, an executive director of Nanchang Calligraphers Association, and a consultant of China Calligraphy and Painting Art Research Association. Painter of Hanmo Painting and Calligraphy Institute, member of China Art Garden Network, senior painter and honorary president of Nanjing Yangtze Painting and Calligraphy Institute, honorary president of Wang Duo Hometown Painting and Calligraphy Institute, special painter of Wu Daozi Art Museum in Henan Province, executive director of the Art Museum, visiting professor of Yellow River Culture and Art Research Institute, academician of Inner Mongolia Youth Painting and Calligraphy Institute, consultant of China Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Association, researcher of Beijing Huaxia Kyoto Painting and Calligraphy Art Research Institute, member of Central and South National Artists Association, member of International Plum Blossom Art Association, member of Royal Hong Kong Academy of Social Sciences, and chief industry expert of China International Industrial Strategy Consulting Association.
