1. Set the row height and column width
2, select 16 cells, and set the outline line

7, copy these 16 cells and paste them to the right, then copy the whole line and paste it below

if you really need to save in word format, you can make a table and save it, and then insert-object-created by file in word, and find the saved table and insert it into word.
