Chen Ce, formerly known as Chen Shasha, 1959, was born in Jiangjin, Chongqing. Director of Chongqing Calligraphers Association, member of Education Committee of Chongqing Calligraphers Association, deputy director of Chongqing Calligraphy Training Center, deputy director of Chongqing Nanting Calligraphy and Painting Art Education Training Center, and member of Chongqing Poetry Society. Has been engaged in college calligraphy education, youth calligraphy education.

Chen Ce was born in a scholarly family and was trained by the imperial court since childhood. He studied calligraphy under the guidance of his grandfather, Mr. Chen Zhuowu, a famous scholar and calligrapher in Sichuan, and laid a solid foundation for regular script. 1982 began to publish books after graduating from college. 1988 entered the calligraphy postgraduate class of Chinese Department of Southwest Normal University, studied under famous scholars and calligraphers such as Xu, Qin Xiaokan and Xun Yunchang, and dabbled in the calligraphy of the two kings of Europe, the inscriptions in Wei and Jin Dynasties, and the seal cutting in Qin and Han Dynasties. His works are pure and elegant, with far-reaching and bold artistic taste and style, which has attracted worldwide attention and love. His works have been collected by friendly people from more than 20 countries and regions, including Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia, the United States, Britain, Germany, France, Hongkong and Taiwan Province Province. Calligraphy works have been selected for many times in calligraphy exhibitions, special exhibitions and invitation exhibitions at home and abroad, and won awards. His works have been published in China Calligraphy, Calligraphy, Calligraphy Newspaper, Calligraphy Guide and Calligraphy Teaching.
