Article 2 China Electric Power Calligraphers Association adheres to the guidance of Marxism–Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and Theory of Three Represents, the guiding ideology of building a harmonious society and implementing Scientific Outlook on Development, implements the Party's basic line, adheres to the direction of literature and art serving the people and socialism, adheres to the policy of "letting a hundred flowers blossom and a hundred schools of thought contend", unites and organizes the vast number of calligraphers and calligraphy lovers in the electric power industry nationwide, and enriches the spiritual civilization and corporate culture construction in the electric power industry.
Article 3 An association shall abide by the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC) and various national laws and regulations, and carry out artistic and academic activities inside and outside the industry according to its articles of association and its own characteristics.
Second, members.
Article 4 Anyone who works in the electric power industry (including retired workers) has certain achievements and achievements in the field of calligraphy art and organizing calligraphy activities, has high ideological and cultural quality, meets the requirements for joining the association and agrees to the articles of association. After being introduced by two members of the association, approved by the applicant's unit, reported to the association and gone through the formalities, he can become an individual member of the association. Those who meet one of the following basic conditions may apply for membership:
1. Participated in a large exhibition or two special exhibitions sponsored by our association;
2. Organizers who have been engaged in painting and calligraphy exhibitions, training and other activities for more than three years in the corporate culture departments of electric power industry provinces (municipalities directly under the Central Government) and above;
3. Published 2 calligraphy theory articles, theoretical monographs or papers in professional newspapers and periodicals at the provincial and municipal (municipality directly under the Central Government) levels, or was selected as the calligraphy theory seminar organized by this Association;
4. Electric power workers who are members of China Book Association can become members of this Association after being approved by their units and reported to this Association for the record.
Article 5 An applicant for membership shall become a member of this Association after being examined by the secretariat of this Association and approved by the presidium according to the membership conditions.
Article 6 Members of this Association have the right to vote and stand for election, and have the right to supervise, criticize and make suggestions on the work of this Association.
Article 7 Members have the obligation to abide by the articles of association, implement the resolutions of the association, safeguard the rights and interests of the association, complete the work entrusted by the association, and have the responsibility to contribute to the construction of the association.
Eighth in violation of national laws and regulations and the articles of association, with the approval of the presidium, the membership of this association shall be suspended or cancelled.
Third, any service
Article 9 This Association takes it as its duty to unite calligraphers and calligraphy lovers in the electric power industry as widely as possible and to prosper the calligraphy industry in the electric power industry. The association is responsible for liaison, coordination, service and guidance to its members.
Tenth to encourage and advocate members to learn political theory and professional knowledge, improve ideological and moral quality and cultural literacy.

Mobilize and organize members to go deep into life, through various activities, improve the creative level of calligraphy art in the power industry on the basis of popularization, and serve the prosperity of calligraphy art in the power industry.
Article 12 Strengthen contacts with calligraphy art groups in all provinces, municipalities, autonomous regions and other industries, and strive to carry out cooperation and exchanges of calligraphy art inside and outside the industry.
Thirteenth according to national policies, actively carry out calligraphy art business activities, strengthen infrastructure construction, strive to enhance the overall strength and sustainable development ability of the association, and create conditions for serving members.
Fourteenth pay attention to and support the electric power group companies and grass-roots calligraphy organizations and mass calligraphy activities, strengthen contact with electric power enterprises through various means, and promote the popularization and improvement of electric power calligraphy art.
Article 15 The Association shall safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of its members in accordance with relevant laws and articles of association.
Fourth, weaving
Article 16 The highest authority of the Association is the members' congress. Members' congresses are held once every five years, and can be held in advance or postponed when necessary. When the Congress is not in session, the Council shall act on its behalf and be convened by the presidium at any time. When the Council is not in session, it shall be represented by the presidium. The executive vice-president and the permanent secretary-general preside over the daily work of the association.
Article 17 The Congress elects the Council. The Council elects an honorary chairman, a chairman, an executive vice-chairman and several vice-chairmen to form a presidium. The presidium shall have one secretary-general and several deputy secretaries-general.
Article 18 The Association shall set up honorary positions such as consultants, which shall be recommended or appointed by the presidium.
Article 19 The Council has several special committees to carry out various activities.
Article 20 The chairman, executive vice-chairman, vice-chairman, secretary-general, deputy secretary-general and members of the board of directors have the responsibility and obligation to make more contributions to the construction, development and social welfare of this Association.

Article 21 The main sources of funds of this Association are enterprise subsidies and donations from members and other units, as well as income from providing paid services to the society and enterprises and other legitimate income within the scope of work tasks stipulated by China Electric Power Writers and Artists Association.
Article 22 The right to amend the articles of association belongs to the members' congress, and the right to interpret the articles of association belongs to the Council of the Association.
