How to teach politics well?

As a young teacher, Ping Li from Sichuan Renshou Middle School has been exploring my teaching for so many years. "Quality class" has always been my goal. Especially this trip to Zhonghe Middle School has deepened my understanding of a good class. In my opinion, in order to have a good class, we teachers should do the following: First of all, we should have advanced educational concepts, which are the beacon of our classroom teaching. Without the guidance of advanced educational ideas, our education may fall behind. For example, for the success of students, our teachers are often conscientious, which can be described as painstaking, and of course they have made some remarkable achievements. But while fully affirming this generous dedication, we can't help asking: "How much have we paid for these achievements?" We often see our middle school students win prizes frequently in the Olympic Games, but the annual world Nobel Prize is often missed by us. This idea of looking at output without considering input and seeking effect without considering efficiency is no longer in line with the development law of modern society. In other words, our educational concept should be changed. Second, strengthen their own learning and improve their political and professional qualities. Teachers' knowledge level, personality cultivation and teaching art largely determine the improvement of students' cultural quality, personality cultivation and subjective development. Therefore, if young teachers want to teach ideological and political courses well, they must first have a solid theoretical foundation. It is far from enough to study only the knowledge in school, but also to systematically study Marxist philosophy, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and the party's ideological line, principles and policies, so as to improve their ideological consciousness and political theory level. In addition, we should be concerned about state affairs, grasp the pulse of the times, keep up with the rhythm of the times, and collect social information extensively, including some hot spots that people pay attention to and major current events at home and abroad. Due to the strong political nature of political lessons, a large number of current affairs background materials are essential. For example, when I was talking about the "connection view" of philosophy, I introduced the theme of building this beautiful city for the Shanghai World Expo. It can not only help students understand current politics, but also integrate theory with practice. Thirdly, creating a good course to stimulate students' interest in learning is the driving force of learning and a key to measure the success or failure of teaching. If students have the intrinsic motivation to learn, they will feel fun, although they are still happy, in the process of "learning the sea is endless"; If you only rely on the promotion of external forces, you will inevitably feel that learning is a "hard job." The premise of stimulating students' interest in learning is to set up a good lead-in: "A good beginning is half the battle". If a class begins, the teacher will learn by rote and give a boring, boring and dull theoretical lecture, which will easily make students feel tired of learning. However, a good tutorial can lead to the whole body and be fascinating. Like a magnet, it attracts students tightly from the beginning, makes students clear their learning goals, focuses on their learning contents, fully mobilizes their learning enthusiasm, and thus strengthens the teaching effect. Teachers' common guiding skills in class are: direct introduction, cohesion introduction, suspense introduction, allusion introduction and so on. For example, when I was talking about the law of value, I introduced a cartoon "I can't do it" to attract the students' attention at once, and then I summarized what I wanted to talk about, so that the class ended in a relaxed atmosphere, and the effect was quite good. It is true that the course should not be rigid, but should be designed to be flexible, novel and interesting, so that students will have a strong interest and avoid boredom and distraction. Young teachers, because of their inexperience and narrow knowledge, tend to confine their lectures to textbook knowledge, and the secondary focus is not prominent, ignoring students' reflection and staying in simple teaching. It is easy to form a "I"-centered hard teaching. As a result, the speaker is upset and the listener is boring, which makes teaching meaningless and gradually loses interest and confidence in this course. In the long run, it will form. Educators in the software center of Wangma Computer Company said: "Smart educators often don't tell the truth, but give the educated object a space to think and use their own aura to induce the educated object to fill in the blanks." Practice tells us that it is not necessarily good to teach the class perfectly, because students are subjective subjects with thoughts, feelings and personalities. Therefore, in teaching activities, we must attach importance to students' dominant position, respect the differences and reflections of students' psychology, abilities and interests, change the self-centered classroom teaching concept, and break the boring teaching atmosphere without feelings, big principles and dogmas, but make the teaching content have a certain degree. Set aside some time and some questions for students to think, analyze and discuss, and the teacher will actively guide, summarize, improve and supplement them, which will really play the role of "threading the needle". Only in this way can we give full play to students' initiative. 5. Designing a good summary and sublimating a good summary of the theme class is not only for students to have a systematic understanding of the content of this section as a whole, to grasp the internal connection and depth of knowledge, to improve students' ability to analyze and solve problems, but also to arouse students' interest in further exploration, to lay the groundwork for the teaching of the next class and to set suspense. For example, when talking about the "value of commodities" section, we can make such a summary: in this lesson, we mainly learned that the value of commodities is determined by the socially necessary labor time for producing commodities. The socially necessary labor time determines the value of commodities and affects the interests of commodity producers. The individual labor time of commodity producers is lower than the socially necessary labor time and is in a very favorable position in the competition; The individual labor time of commodity producers is higher than the socially necessary labor time, which is bound to suffer in the competition. Therefore, individual commodity producers always take the lead in improving their individual labor productivity, and competition promotes the improvement of social labor productivity. Because commodity value is inversely proportional to social labor productivity, the more scientific and technological progress and productivity develop, the higher social labor productivity, the lower commodity value and the cheaper things. The content of this box is the focus and difficulty of the first lesson, which is closely related to the content and function of the law of value behind, so it must be reviewed and consolidated. Of course, in addition to the above-mentioned links in the classroom, we should also pay attention to the teaching language (the language level of political teachers can reflect their own common sense and ideological level, which is a comprehensive performance of political teachers' personal cultivation. As the ancients said, "words must be done" and "wisdom is in words". In order to have a good political lesson, the artistry of teaching language is very important, and political teachers should learn from others in teaching language and make it "new words" and "meaningful". The art of writing on the blackboard (in the teaching process, teachers can make the finishing point by using appropriate writing on the blackboard, but wiping, wiping and writing on the blackboard is not conducive to teaching. Teachers' blackboard writing can not only be limited to words, but also draw pictures and lists on the blackboard to assist the transmission of knowledge and information. Therefore, every teacher should practice calligraphy and writing on the blackboard, pay attention to writing norms, brushwork composition, layout, reasonable structure and harmonious colors, and strive to make the writing on the blackboard illustrated, orderly, concise, pleasing to the eye and clear to people at a glance. In short, a good political lesson is a long-term exploration process. I will continue to improve my classroom teaching in the future.
