Function of certificate
Pupil award is an incentive to pursue progress, and urge yourself not to relax! Lead by example and pursue to be a better self! This thesis award may not be mentioned or cared about in the process of junior high school, but it is the source of motivation for children's growth and learning. Its function is intangible, but it is also huge!
So no matter what kind of reward children get through their own efforts, it is useful. Usefulness is not something that can be turned into matter or ready-made. Some things have been supporting children invisibly and encouraging them to become better.
For some places, it is still very useful. In some local primary schools, if they can get three good students at the school level or the municipal level in the fifth and sixth grades, they are eligible to apply for key private junior high schools. Of course, other assessments are needed, but these certificates will still be useful when the academic performance is slightly lacking.
