Zhou, Zi, Hao Fan, from Zhuozhou, Hebei Province, university culture. He is currently the honorary vice chairman of the World China Calligraphy and Painting Art Association and the vice chairman of the China National Cuisine Art Research Association; Director of China Calligraphers Association, honorary president of Hong Kong China Artists Association, director of China Calligraphers Association, director of China Calligraphy and Painting Research Institute, researcher of China Poetry and Calligraphy Research Institute, consultant of Gansu Poetry and Calligraphy Association, consultant of Gansu Chinese Painting Academy, visiting professor of Lanzhou Jiaotong University, etc. He worked and lived in the army for 35 years, served as a division commander, and then transferred to the provincial party Committee to serve as the deputy head of the provincial party Committee inspection working group and the director-level inspection Commissioner.
He has participated in many major national painting and calligraphy exhibitions, and 100 calligraphy works have won prizes. Two of them have been permanently collected in the Great Hall of the People, winning more than 60 grand prizes, gold prizes and first prizes, and more than 40 silver and bronze prizes. He has cooperated with Ouyang Zhongshi, Shen Peng, Li Duo, Zhang Hai, Su Shizhu and other teachers to publish painting collections and albums for many times. He has been awarded honorary titles such as "Excellent Painting and Calligraphy Artist in China" and "Painter in Bai Jie, China" by Publicity Department of the Communist Party of China and Ministry of Culture for many years.
