This word was first published in People's Literature in May of 1962.

[Chongyang] The ninth day of the ninth lunar month is called the Double Ninth Festival. 1929, the Double Ninth Festival is on 10/day in the solar calendar. In the autumn of this year, the Red Fourth Front Army wiped out the indigenous warlords and conquered Shanghang in the Tingjiang area of western Fujian, so the word "yellow flowers in the battlefield are particularly fragrant". Yellow flower refers to chrysanthemum, and the main variety of chrysanthemum in ancient China is yellow. "Lu Chunqiu Qiu Ji Ji": "The Moon of Qiu Ji; ... chrysanthemums have yellow flowers (flowers). " The ancients often enjoyed chrysanthemums in Chongyang.
