China Lanting Calligraphy Award is the highest award of calligraphy art in China, approved by the Propaganda Department of the Communist Party of China and sponsored by China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and China Calligraphy Association. It is one of the 18 national literature and art awards, and has been concerned by the calligraphy circle.
Cui Hanbai was born in Tianjin on June 1963. Member of China Book Association, director of Tianjin Book Association, and director of Book Running Committee. Award-winning and exhibition experience: the third Lanting Award, the first prize of the first national college student calligraphy competition, the second album exhibition, the first national regular script exhibition, the fourth national exhibition, the eighth national exhibition, the first calligraphy exhibition, the first cursive script exhibition and the fourth regular script exhibition.
