Longmen Grottoes is listed as a world cultural heritage, which was called "a must" in ancient times. The mountains and rivers are magnificent and the scenery is beautiful. Grottoes are densely distributed on the cliffs on both sides of the Yi River, with a length of 1 km. Together with Dunhuang Mogao Grottoes and Datong Yungang Grottoes, it is known as the three artistic treasures of China Grottoes.
