Iron pen and golden knife carve the world, and Dan Qing writes the spring and autumn period skillfully.
Jia Jie was born in Jilin City in 1950. He studied painting since childhood, and began to study seal cutting and sculpture in middle school. In the 1980s, he carved some works with long white stone, and it was not until the late 1980s that he began to use Bahrain stone carving. Because of the Excellence of stone, some ideal works have been created. In the early 1990s, I often went back to Bahrain to carve with stones on my back. Because I can't buy good stones, I can't recite many stones, and I can't satisfy my usual carving materials. Finally, in 1999, I made up my mind to come to Bahrain and opened the first Bahrain stone shop opened by foreigners. The shop in front and the factory in the back have been working on the spot for four years. During these four years, Kanto Ishichi has created a lot of excellent works.
Jia Jie, a stone idiot in Guandong, grew up with many brothers and sisters and a general family. In this big family, he especially likes painting. After school, every blank space in his book was covered with his childish paintings. When entering middle schools, many middle schools compete for admission on the condition of exemption from exams. When he was in middle school, the school promised to send him to Lu Yi College, but a cultural revolution broke his dream and began his stubborn artistic pursuit all his life. I started with meticulous flower-and-bird painting, mainly studying Zheng Naiguang's techniques, and then went deep into the ancient and modern techniques of characters, but I especially liked Ren Bonian's techniques. From meticulous painting to freehand brushwork, with the improvement of painting skills, carving skills are also developing. In the process of self-study, his best teacher is the materials on various exhibitions and painting techniques. In the process of learning, he only remembers Confucius' words: "A threesome requires a teacher" and "There is a building outside the mountain". When appreciating other people's works, he should first focus on their excellent places and see their strengths. He should learn from and absorb their excellent techniques, learn from each other's strengths and make up for each other's shortcomings in order to develop. Thanks to the leadership support of the unit, Jia Jie can often visit art exhibitions everywhere, and he has learned something that books can't. 1985 entered China No.1 Correspondence College of Painting and Calligraphy to study Chinese painting, and obtained the certificate of excellent student every year. 1988 won the excellent graduation certificate from the general school. In the first selection of outstanding students' paintings and the 10th selection of outstanding students' paintings, they were all included in his meticulous painting Shan Gui. In the next few years, Kanto Shichi won dozens of awards. 1990 Early retirement due to illness, I returned to Changchun, re-sculpted stones, brought into play the potential of sharpening a sword for decades, and began to accumulate decades of skills in front of stone lovers, pouring out one by one from the carving knives obsessed with stones and creating a large number of excellent works.
Looking at the creation of Balin stone by Kanto masons, he used various techniques, and according to the characteristics of the stone, he adopted techniques such as thin meaning, round carving, relief, micro-carving or engraving. The themes are mostly ancient poems, literati, historical celebrities, Taoist figures, flowers, birds, insects and beasts, auspicious celebrations, symbols and many other themes. For example, Li Bai's The Drunken Man's Intention is Not in the Wine, Mi Fei's White Stone, Huai Su's Su Jiao, Love Goose, Family Happiness, Dongpo's Appreciation of Ink, Maid-in-waiting's The Drunken Man's Intention is Not in the Wine, Hu Jian's Eighteen Beats, Dai Yu's Buried Flowers, Fu Lushou's, Fu Lushou's.
The main feature of Kanto Stone Chi's sculpture works with figures is to reuse the same theme, challenge himself, and attempt to constantly innovate the structure, strength and atmosphere in the same theme. For example, on the topic of having fun with grandparents and grandchildren, he can deliberately arrange various postures such as sitting, lying, standing and running during frolicking according to the prototype of the stone, and then add various suitable props such as cats, dogs, cloth tigers and aquatic plants to enhance the frolicking atmosphere. Perfecting the whole work with freehand brushwork or exaggeration gives her vitality. When practicing the same theme work repeatedly, it will urge the artist to think hard, seek change and ask him to grasp the spirit inside the object more clearly.
The second feature of carving figures in Ishichi, Kanto is to depict gods in form. He uses anecdotes and impressions in his mind to present the key points of his object and carve different pictures, thus revealing the different personalities and temperament of the target characters. There are fierce, shy, gentle, happy, kind and gentle, and so on. To achieve this effect, we must have a solid and realistic basic skill of figure painting, and convey the inner world of the characters through their postures and facial expressions.
The third feature of Kanto Stone Insane's carving characters is the ingenious use of deformation. By exaggerating the deformation of materials in a reasonable form, the spirit of the characters is more modern, and the outline is outlined with simple strokes, which is a very special creation with Zen painting style. The frivolous works such as Ten Disciples and Thirteen Buddhas are not accidental phenomena, but the skillful skills naturally revealed by the author after grasping and understanding the contents expressed in the creative process.
The fine carving works of Shichi in Guandong are widely used, but most of them are liked by literati, such as Li Bai, Du Fu, Jia Dao, Meng Haoran, Wang Wei, Zheng Banqiao, Wang Xizhi, Huai Su and Zhang Xu. Flowers, birds, insects, fish, high mountains and flowing water, red leaves and sunset are also works that Kanto Shi Chi likes to express. These materials clearly show the interest of the literati and the influence of painting, as well as his persistent pursuit of the picturesque realm. The pursuit of painting meaning is the highest pursuit of fine carving works by Kanto stone idiot. Therefore, in his creation, he treats every stone from the perspective of literariness or humanity. Even the description of non-strict literary themes, such as ploughing, fishing and boating in Shan Ye's career, is so calm and beautiful, wrapped in a peaceful and leisurely tone. Even when he returned to the pasture after the storm, he hid his freedom and pleasure in the sudden storm, such as "The Snowstorm Comes Home at Night", "Mountain Flowing Water" and "Walking in Xun Mei in the Snow".
Stone lovers in Guangdong are constantly innovating in quarrying and carving. Since the Ming and Qing Dynasties, the demand for techniques has always been based on the power of ghostwriting, to carve new realms and play new realms. I hope that the hard and sharp knives and axes can be put away freely and exquisitely on the carved colored stones. Balin stone is a kind of soft stone with a hardness of 2.8-3.2 degrees. It is hard, easy to accept knives, and can be completed. Therefore, it is still possible to achieve the realm of "taking the knife instead of writing". In terms of carving creation, there are countless works in Shichi, Guandong, with simple mountains and dense flowers like peach blossoms. There are also detailed implications, especially the combination innovation of micro-carving, thin meaning, relief and round carving. Painted stone carvings have reached the peak of the art world, such as Six Ancestors' Tanjing, Laozi's Tao Te Ching, 300 Tang poems, 18 beats of Hu Jia and other works. Laozi's Tao Te Ching and 300 Tang Poems won the first and second prizes of colored stone carving in China Bahrain Stone Festival respectively. Laozi's Tao Te Ching is a gold and silver frozen hibiscus stone, which is very oily. This kind of stone is characterized by many yellow frozen spots of chicken oil with different sizes on the frozen hibiscus stone. Through ingenious conception, the stone idiot in Guandong designed these yellow spots into Lao Zi's face and hands and chrysanthemums blooming everywhere. The whole stone was designed as a dynamic posture of Lao Zi wandering among flowers, and the full text of Lao Zi's Tao Te Ching was engraved on Lao Zi's robe in fine print. Three hundred Tang Poems is based on a palm-sized piece of Bahrain yellow jelly. The stone idiot in Kanto will engrave it on the back of his works according to the artistic conception of Li Bai's majestic poem "How the Yellow River Water Moves Out of Heaven". In addition to the "300 Tang Poems" seat, there will also be a group portrait of the famous poet Yaju in the prosperous Tang Dynasty. Everyone's posture is different and his expression is different. In the middle, 300 Tang poems with more than 20 thousand words were written in regular script micro-carving. What impressed me deeply was the carving and creation process of the Six Ancestors Tanjing, which was divided into ten categories. Kanto Stone Fool designs every product on every different stone, and skillfully uses the ingenious colors on the surface of the stone according to Huineng Buddha's unique views to closely combine the words with the pictures and bring out the best in each other. The characters are simple and generous, antique. There was an episode before the creation of this set of works. In the early 1990s, a famous sculptor in our province simply disdained the so-called piles of waste and redundant stones. After seeing the Kanto Stone, I was very sorry. After getting it, he turned decay into magic and carved it into a set of excellent works. Later, when the sculptor saw this work, he was amazed and couldn't put it down.
After carving, every work of Kanto Shichi has been polished, making it bright, radiant, layered and crystal clear. Kanto Shichi works are not connected, spelled or stained with oil. With exquisite carving skills and fine hand polishing and waxing, the patterns carved by colored stones are bright and bright. His unique polishing skill is that every detail step of polishing is done by himself, and he will never miss or neglect it, so the effect will be brilliant.
In his early years, Guandong Stone was mentally deranged and carved stone, and he didn't care about the price of the stone. He only regards work as a victory and thinks it is more difficult to deal with inferior stones. Later, influenced by the creative strength, the requirements for stones became more and more particular. It's a pity to see many beautiful stones destroyed by poor workmanship. Therefore, Guan Dong Shi Chi thinks that Bahrain's stone carving industry should first cherish the rare beauty endowed by nature. Sculptors should try to ponder their own abilities, so as to enhance their international reputation and broaden their prospects.
Kanto Stone Insanity grew up in the era of drastic changes in modern China. There are three reasons why he can make such achievements in the art of sculpture and painting: First, he has a good foundation for painting and calligraphy since he was a child. Second, after the Cultural Revolution, the long-term life in the countryside and the third-line factories and mines has been honed, the depth of life has been strengthened, and its artistic attainments have also been accumulated. Third, he was born with the tenacity to learn. After decades of grinding a sword, I only regard it today.
