Because the plan of the day lies in the morning, the air around 5-9 in the morning is relatively fresh, and it is not polluted by too much automobile exhaust, and Baduanjin needs to take a deep breath during the practice, so it is more beneficial for the human body to inhale clean air and spit out polluted air in the morning. Secondly, around 5-9 in the morning is the time when the yang rises, and it is also the active period of intestinal meridian, stomach meridian, liver meridian and spleen meridian. At this time, it is easier to dredge the human meridians and regulate the function of viscera.
