One: Life lies in exercise, and exercise strengthens the spirit.
1. I'm so tired after a day's work that I almost want to spread my hands and feet on the sofa and lie on the bed when I get home from work. It is better not to be hungry or late. I am a girl, so relatively speaking, I can sit or stand on my back. 2. But then, for a period of time, I found that I was bored and had no spirit to do things; Moreover, it is easy to catch a cold in different seasons, and I feel that the whole person is in a bad state. So I realized the importance of physical exercise, and for the first time I deeply felt the meaning of the sentence "Life lies in exercise". Without a healthy body, no matter how much money you earn or how beautiful your life is, you have no energy to enjoy it.
So I will spare at least 30 minutes after work, run twice in the community, or stretch my muscles in sports equipment, and then go back to take a shower and eat. After a month of persistence, I found that the whole person was physically strong and energetic. 2. Learning is a lifelong course to improve knowledge and skills.
1. Fragmented learning
I spend about 30 minutes every day reading a book that I think is useful to me at this stage, such as Psychology, Emotional Intelligence and the Art of Speaking.
If I don't want to read tonight, I will choose to recite a poem and learn a few words of spoken English. Take a little time to enrich yourself every day. Although you can't see the effect in the short term, you will find that your knowledge and realm will be improved if you stick to it. 2. Exquisite study
The second method is to learn a skill in detail and then practice it into your hard skill, so that others will think of you when they think of you.
For example, when you talk about cross talk, you will think of Degang Guo; When you talk about hosting, you will think of Dong Qing; When I think of Chinese songs, I think of Jay Chou.
In the workplace, you can learn a skill that can improve your ability. For example: improve emotional intelligence, manage communication and get along with colleagues. It can also be something you need in the future, such as learning English, piano, writing, practicing calligraphy and so on. In my previous company, I often needed to make reports and do data analysis. So I bought a lot of books about PPT and Excel, and then I watched a lot of tutorials online.
Then apply it to my report and optimize it every time. Later, no matter colleagues or leaders, when they think of making a report, they will think that my PPT and data table are beautiful and fine.
Three: an hour of socializing to improve the social circle.
Good interpersonal relationship can make the success rate of work and personal happiness reach more than 85%; Among the factors that make a person successful, 85% depends on interpersonal relationship, while knowledge, technology and experience only account for 15%.
The height that a person can reach is limited, and it is the team that can really make you go far. Whether at work or in life, good interpersonal relationships and social circles can make it easier for you to get support and success. 1, the development of the internet can make people enjoy information, but at the same time it also reduces the communication and exchanges between people in the past. Nowadays, people are used to showing their lives in the circle of friends, instead of sending messages and making phone calls as before.
So we both feel that I told you to live in a circle of friends, so there is nothing to say to each other. However, if you don't contact, your friends will be gone and your feelings will be weak. A person's life is inseparable from the support and companionship of friends. So every night I will spend at least one hour in contact with my colleagues and friends to share their feelings and experiences during the day. I will also set aside three days a week to eat and go shopping with my colleagues after work. The people we meet and get along with the most every day are colleagues. When we go to work, everyone is working hard and there is little time to really get to know each other. And getting off work is the time to really build relationships.
Improving your social circle and getting on well with your colleagues can help you not become isolated in your work, and everyone can exchange experiences and make progress together. The boss likes a harmonious team, not an arrogant employee. In fact, there are many ways to improve yourself after work, such as cultivating hobbies, practicing yoga to cultivate self-cultivation, reading a good book to increase your knowledge and so on. As long as you find the right one and stick to it, you can benefit from it.
