In my class, the classroom and the contract area are divided into several small pieces. Every day, every small block has a special person in charge. The whole class can study in a bright and tidy classroom every day. They are in good spirits, full of energy and efficient in learning. A good class cultural atmosphere promotes growth: the classroom is students' other home, and they study here five days a week, so the layout of the classroom should make them feel warm and happy. Blackboard newspaper is the main position of classroom moral education. I lead students to elaborate the moral education theme of the school every month and the specific situation of the class. The content of each issue is colorful, giving students a silent education. There are four color drawing boards on the wall of the classroom, on which there are famous sayings and aphorisms to encourage students to study hard and remind them to cherish the good times at all times. Good class discipline and compliance: A good class is indispensable for a well-run class team organization. I gave the whole class the right to choose how to produce the class cadres. They not only have the right to vote, but also have the right to supervise and recall. Students can recommend themselves or others, and finally be elected by the whole class, which is fair, just and open. When students are respected, they will naturally respect others, not only teachers, but also teacher assistants who serve them. The class cadres have a clear division of labor, perform their duties and unite as one, so that even if the teacher is not at school, the class is still in order.

Pure friendship between classmates: I like to let boys and girls sit at the same table. Boys and girls have the same IQ, but there are great differences in psychology, personality and hobbies. There is no obvious gender faction among children. Boys and girls get along well. There are few fights between boys and girls in the class. Sincere friendship between teachers and students: There are 53 children in our class. They are so lively and lovely. I like them and trust them. I think for those students who are temporarily behind, teachers should have an inclusive heart, give them full trust, trust them, give them time and help, don't expect them to make obvious changes at once, and allow them to make progress slowly. It is necessary to believe that "every child has a kind and enterprising heart", and the trust and encouragement of teachers will be exchanged for the progress of students.
