Is it better to enroll children in interest classes, calligraphy or Go?

Whether it is a calligraphy class or a Go class, it is very important to respect children's hobbies. And don't deprive children of childhood play time for this.

Calligraphy can cultivate a person's accomplishment, and Go can develop a person's intelligence, both of which are good hobbies. But it is a painful torture not to know the child's interest and impose it on him.

Observing his reaction and consulting his opinion will be more beneficial to his future development. Maybe he has more ideas about the world outside calligraphy and Go, or maybe he is a potential inventor?
