Peng Wanxi, formerly known as Peng, born in Hengnan, Hunan, 1964, born in Hengyang Finance Bureau, member of China Couplet Society, member of China Couplet Calligraphy Committee, member of Hunan Calligraphers Association, vice chairman of Hengyang Couplet Association, and special researcher of Hengxiang Culture Institute of South China University.
