First of all, there is the only Ming Dynasty county government building in China in Ye County. Yexian County, located in the southwest of Henan Province, is the birthplace of more than 20 million descendants of Shiye in the world. At the same time, Yexian is an ancient city with a long history, which can be traced back to Xia and Shang Dynasties. As we all know, during the Ming Dynasty, there were more than 1000 counties in China, which were graded according to the amount of grain harvested. At that time, Yexian was a vast territory and was located in a traffic fortress, so Yexian was a rare county government. The county government of Ye County is magnificent and very large. The lobby adopts the craft of worshipping palaces and temples, which embodies the highest authority of Wu Pin County. The plaque in front of the door and the colonnades on both sides of the three halls have rich couplets, which is very typical of the county government in the Ming Dynasty.
Then, there are indeed more than 70 unique treasures in China hidden in the Yexian county government. According to historical records, during the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty, Yexian County was baptized by war many times, and some facilities were damaged. Therefore, in 1997, the relevant departments carried out an emergency repair of the county government in Yexian County. During the repair, more than 300 cultural relics were excavated, such as the inscriptions written by the famous calligrapher Huang Tingjian in the Song Dynasty and more than 70 national first-class cultural relics, which are the only rare cultural relics in China. Among these more than 70 rare treasures, a set of bells in the Spring and Autumn Period is known as the treasure of the town government. This set of chimes is the first set of combined chimes discovered in the history of China. After unearthed, it can also play all kinds of music, which represents the highest achievement of Chinese music in the Spring and Autumn Period. Secondly, there is an inscription by Huang Tingjian, one of the four great calligraphers in the Northern Song Dynasty, which attracts a large number of domestic and foreign tourists.
Finally, the government of Yexian County is one of the national key cultural relics protection units, which has become an important window to reflect the cultural connotation of Yexian County since it was partially opened to the outside world.
