The story of Boli Ceramics Factory that I experienced.

? I don't know much about the story of ceramics. I like drinking all my life. Whether there is wine first or pottery later is very simple, because you can't hold wine without pottery, which shows that ceramics have a long history.

? The predecessor of Boli Ceramic Culture Industrial Park was the Wapen Kiln built by Wang Fuhai, Wang Yantang and other Shandong people in 1959, and later it became a county ceramic factory. I was assigned to the factory as a worker by the county labor department in 1976. At that time, there were 15 workers, and the factory director Zhao Changlin was a retired officer from Shandong. At that time, it was the late period of the Cultural Revolution. We listened to red songs every day at work, learned from Xiaojinzhuang, gave theoretical lectures, held meetings and watched cultural performances in various workshops. I have to do voluntary labor for two hours after work, because my age is small and I am tired. At that time, the tunnel kiln of the factory had just been built. In order to set up a typical figure and carry forward the model worker, Wu Guirong, the iron girl who served as the deputy secretary of the factory at that time, came to the firing workshop to take pictures and carry the vat. I saw two workers put the vat on the short and thin iron girl, only to see that her legs were shaking. Before taking pictures, the vat fell, which made my stomach ache. But such a model worker iron girl still appeared in the newspapers of provinces, cities and counties. As the saying goes: the flower of ceramics, the iron girl, is weak as a factory to carry a vat. A pair of jade arms soar to the sky, and the revolutionary ideal shines.

? At that time, the slogan of grasping revolution and promoting production resounded throughout the factory. The main products are civil cylinders, porcelain tubes, small pots and flowerpots. The quality of the products is very good. I remember that once the big vat was under-fired, and it turned white and cracked. The factory director Zhao Changlin, nicknamed Zhao Shanzi, got angry and scolded the workshop directors for pulverizing, cylinder making and firing. After the meeting, everyone was asked to queue up to run on the playground for several laps. Zhang Donglai, director of the firing workshop, is a tall man with a bald head and a white face. He was so tired that his limbs were weak, his eyes were dull, and he couldn't help but sit on the ground. For the sake of product quality, the factory director has used the style of the army, and he has never forgotten it.

? At that time, ceramic factories were full of talented people, hiding dragons and crouching tigers, each with his own strong points. The waste heat utilization of the tunnel was developed, designed and utilized by the worker Liu Xichun (now the director of Boli County Social Security Bureau) and the technician Yan Junshi. Now there are many workers living in other places, who have become the pillars of the local area. For example, Ma Shang in Tianjin, Zhang Cheng, a Beijing painter, Han Shuzhen in Hainan, and Mrs Liao, the executive county magistrate, all belong to our Boli Ceramics Factory.

? In 1994, after several generations of Botao people's hard work and efforts, the old factory was transformed into a joint-stock system. After "Botao Culture Industrial Park", the chairman was returned to command by An Shuyou, then the director of Botao Talent in the 197s, and led the new team and technicians to March into the development and inheritance of black pottery art.

? Longjiang treasure, dignified and beautiful, porcelain greasy and moist, pottery out of a collection. In recent years, Boli Black Pottery has made outstanding contributions to the national intangible cultural heritage activities, and has also been strongly supported, rewarded and helped by the state, provinces, cities, counties, and cultural tourism education departments of the Federation of Literary and Art Circles. This is exactly what it is: ingenuity and charm, and exquisite craftsmanship. China adds national quintessence, which should be passed down from generation to generation. Dry Kun, a daily commodity, is outstanding in color. Luxury is beautiful, and pottery is eternal!

Although I only worked in the old ceramic factory for one year and one month before I left, I still remember the Botao people and the events of that year. Today, I came to visit the industrial park at the invitation of the general manager An. As soon as I saw it, all the exhibition areas were dizzying, and I was shocked by the children's works. The black pottery exhibition area is exquisitely carved, dazzling and colorful, and it is the pearl of refined pottery. The nine different exhibition areas have their own characteristics, which also shows the social popularity and influence of the new generation of black pottery cultural industrial park.

Black pottery is Boli's business card, the pride of our county, and the artistic crystallization of "earth and fire". Black pottery is artistic and original. Black pottery art is colorful and diverse in conception. Black pottery is fond of inheritance, and the industry is universal. Develop poplar with high level and good reputation for craftsmanship. The industrial park stands because of pottery and prospers because of porcelain. Think ahead and get the time, occupy land and strive for strength. Seek development by pooling talents, and re-create brilliance with reform! Today, I am writing a story, and I hope that Botao Culture Industrial Park will be like a ship hanging on Yun Fan, breaking the waves and helping the sea directly!
