Li Mingquan, male, was born in Zhoukou, Henan Province in November 1959. As a tutor, his works have participated in many art exhibitions, book fairs and foreign exchanges at all levels and won awards. He is currently a member of the Chinese Artists Association, the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and the Chinese Writers Association. He has successively served as deputy director of China Artists Network, executive secretary of China Artists Association Tourism Friendship Center, visiting professor of Zhengzhou University and Jiaozuo Normal College, vice chairman of China Pastoral Painting Association, director of Huangshan Art Museum, and vice president of Gansu Traditional Chinese Painting Academy.
