Article 22 Admission Principles and Methods:
1. Guangdong Province:
Our school’s industrial design, architecture, and landscape architecture majors recruit general students Science majors, art education majors recruit general liberal arts students, and art majors recruit both arts and sciences students. All majors in our school are admitted according to the Guangdong Provincial College Entrance Examination admission batch.
Among them, majors in the same batch will be admitted in the order of "theory", then "modeling", and finally "design", that is, admission to the previous type will be done first, and then admission to the next type will be done. Candidates who have obtained the "Styling" or "Design" certificate can also apply for the "Theory" major and will be admitted in the above order.
(1) "Theoretical" Fine Arts Major: Candidates need to take the Guangdong Provincial Art Examination and obtain a certificate, and their cultural scores reach the minimum control line for admission to our school. The candidates will be selected from high to low according to their cultural scores. , admission on merit basis. Priority will be given to candidates who choose their first major. (5) "Provincial Unified Examination" Fine Arts (Art Education) Major: Candidates need to take the Guangdong Provincial Unified Art Examination, and their professional and cultural scores in the unified examination must meet the admission score of Guangdong Province's art undergraduate colleges. Candidates who apply for admission are selected from high to low according to the total score of the art unified examination major (that is, the total score of the art category).
(6) Art Education Major: Candidates need to take the Guangdong Province Fine Arts Unified Examination, with a professional score of 200 points (calculated as a full score of 300), and a cultural score that reaches the Guangdong Province undergraduate liberal arts score. (7) Industrial design, architecture, and landscape architecture majors: Candidates do not need to take professional examinations, and their cultural scores meet the Guangdong Province undergraduate science score line. 2. Outside Guangdong Province:
Our school’s industrial design, architecture, and landscape architecture majors recruit general science students from Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Hunan, and Hubei provinces. The art education major recruits general liberal arts students in Hunan and Jiangxi provinces. All art majors are open to both arts and sciences.

All majors in our school are admitted according to the provincial college entrance examination admission batches. After the comprehensive scores meet the admission requirements, first choice candidates will be given priority in admission to each major. If the candidate is not admitted to the first major choice, priority will be given based on comprehensive scores and the major will be determined in accordance with the principle of the order of major choices. The total number of students admitted in the same province shall not exceed 35. (5) Industrial design, architecture, and landscape architecture majors: Candidates do not need to take professional examinations, and their cultural scores meet the general science undergraduate score line of the province where the candidates belong. If the cultural scores are the same, students will be admitted according to the ranking of cultural scores in each province. (6) Art education major: Candidates need to take the unified examination of art subjects in the provinces where students come from, with a professional score of 200 points (calculated as a full score of 300 points, if the full score is not 300 points, it will be converted according to the proportion), and cultural scores If the candidate reaches the general liberal arts undergraduate score line of the province where the candidate belongs, the candidates will be admitted from the general liberal arts category in order from high to low according to their cultural scores. (8) The college entrance examination cultural scores of candidates in some provinces (such as Hainan Province) have multiple scoring systems such as raw scores and standard scores. Our school calculates, ranks and admits students based on raw scores.
Article 23 Regarding the bonus points or accommodation admission policy, the bonus points items and points announced by the admissions office of each province (autonomous region, city) shall be implemented in each province. Bonus points are applicable to filing and professional classification.
Candidates who meet the excellent admission requirements announced by the national and provincial (regional, municipal) admissions offices will be admitted by our school with priority under the same conditions. Chapter 7 New Student Registration and Review
