Legend of "Luoguo"
Liu Yong, Ji Yun and Xiao Shenyang are also called the three main halls of Qianlong Dynasty. According to legend, he is smart and capable as an official and is called "Liu" among the people.
However, there is no conclusive historical research on whether Liu Yong was really a trap and whether he ever won the lottery. According to some notes, Liu Yong was a scholar in the 16th year of Qianlong in Qing Dynasty (175 1).
