How to improve junior high school students' writing level of Chinese characters

Chinese characters are the only carrier for our Chinese nation to inherit and develop culture. Without Chinese characters, there would be no glorious civilization history of our Chinese nation. It can be said that Chinese characters are the roots of China people. However, looking at the current education in China, it doesn't mean that people are familiar with Yan's bones, but that some undergraduate and graduate students write crooked hard-pen words. They speak fluent English, but they don't know the strokes and strokes of basic Chinese characters. As a middle school Chinese teacher, we should start with improving junior high school students' writing level and make our own efforts to promote the healthy development of Chinese characters. The author of this paper discusses how to improve students' writing level in Chinese teaching, hoping that people of insight can give me some suggestions.

First, change students' ideological understanding and develop good writing habits.

In the current junior high school Chinese teaching, many Chinese teachers also regard practicing Chinese characters as an important task, requiring students to practice one word every day. This is a good intention, but what is lacking is the effective guidance of teachers, the enthusiasm of students and their lack of understanding of the importance of practicing Chinese characters. The author believes that our teachers should first change students' ideological understanding, let them realize the important significance and function of practicing Chinese characters from the deep heart, and then stimulate their enthusiasm and motivation to practice Chinese characters, so as to make it effective. In addition, our teachers should also teach students how to practice Chinese characters and writing skills, so that the routine homework we assign to students every day will be fruitful.

On the one hand, it can show the outstanding works of contemporary calligraphers, arouse students' sincere admiration for these famous works, and then make them have the consciousness of intentional imitation to achieve our teaching purpose. In addition, we should pay attention to those students who write well in daily teaching practice, expand their influence in the class, form good positive energy among students with these examples, and create a good atmosphere for students' calligraphy practice. In addition, our teachers should strengthen their hard pen writing ability, on the one hand, they should exert influence on students, on the other hand, they should use their own experience in practicing calligraphy to guide students' writing. Finally, we can use all kinds of interesting things in the history of calligraphy to stimulate students' interest in calligraphy practice and cultivate their sincere admiration and constant pursuit of China's calligraphy art.

Second, understand the structure of Chinese characters and the writing of Chinese strokes.

The objective reason why students can't master Chinese characters well at present is that, to a great extent, under the influence of the utilitarian thought of exam-oriented education, teachers have not taught students the basic knowledge of Chinese character structure, strokes and stroke order, and neglected the basic work of building a Chinese building. Therefore, even in junior high school, in order to improve students' writing level, we should start with these basic Chinese character structures, strokes and sequences, and start to influence students' writing skills and give correct guidance. For example, it is very interesting to teach the structure of Chinese characters, such as pictographs, many of which are simplified descriptions of specific things, such as mountains and water. There are also some interesting words to explain to students. For example, a person resting against a tree is the word "Hugh"; In previous times, a family with a pig could only be called a rich and happy family, so the word "home" came into being. Even pictophonetic characters, which account for the vast majority of Chinese characters, have many rules, such as the word "Xi". Isn't it happiness to have a piece of land and money for daily expenses, plus one person and one field? Such a series of Chinese characters will bring our students a unique experience and stimulate their interest and motivation in practicing Chinese characters to some extent.

Of course, even in junior high school, students can't get quick success and instant benefit in their calligraphy practice. We should give correct guidance according to the students' reality. Some students have no basic ability to write strokes. We should start with cultivating students' good stroke writing ability, combining the rules of stroke order, and starting with the arrangement of daily homework. I believe that our calligraphy practice can achieve certain results.

Third, carry out rich activities to stimulate students' interest.

Junior high school students' calligraphy practice needs us to adopt diversified teaching methods or rich activities to stimulate students' internal needs. For example, the author often holds calligraphy competitions in teaching practice, which are organized within the class, and the teacher's evaluation plays a leading role in this respect; If there is a group organization, the evaluation of students plays a leading role at this time. I also actively encourage students to participate in activities such as calligraphy competitions organized by schools and education bureaus. In this way, on the one hand, it can train students' organizational ability, cooperation ability and appreciation ability, on the other hand, it can greatly mobilize students' writing enthusiasm and effectively improve their Chinese writing level. You can also use blackboard newspapers and class magazines to improve students' Chinese writing level. In my teaching, I use the blank walls on the left and right sides of the class blackboard newspaper to show students' handwriting exercises and calligraphy works (including hard and soft pens). Specific works collection, exhibition board naming, binding design, typesetting, posting and other activities are all completed by students, and I only play a guiding role. In short, teachers can take a variety of activities to help students practice calligraphy. In this way, students will be interested and motivated to practice writing, and writing will not be boring.

Fourth, schools should create a good environment for students to write Chinese characters well.

Schools are the main places for students' learning activities, so it is necessary to create a good environment for students to write Chinese characters well, such as setting up writing classes, organizing extracurricular calligraphy groups, and publicizing students with slogans such as "write standardized characters and use standardized characters". Interest is the best teacher. Schools should make use of colorful activities such as calligraphy exhibition and homework evaluation to create a strong atmosphere, encourage, praise and reward students in time, let students experience the joy of success and improve their interest in writing. Quality education should treat every student comprehensively and developmentally, and schools should actively guide and provide necessary conditions for students to carry out writing teaching for a long time and regard it as a part of quality education. In addition, it is best for schools to incorporate the teaching of writing into the assessment of teachers and the evaluation of teaching level. How to cultivate all students' writing habits and improve their basic writing skills should be one of the standards of teachers' teaching level and school-running level.

In a word, improving students' writing level of Chinese characters can't be accomplished overnight, which requires our teachers' persistent and unremitting efforts.
