An essay entitled "Ah"

Ah! Yalu River

My hometown is in Ji 'an, but I can't go there several times a year. Because I seldom go, I have always had a bad impression on my hometown. However, I went there once this summer vacation. Unexpectedly, Ji 'an made me fall in love with it deeply!

Early in the morning, my father and I walked on the dam of Yalu River in my hometown and watched the early scene of Ji 'an. The horizon in the east has just turned red, and we are standing on the levee, looking as far as we can. I saw the North Korea Mountain opposite the Yalu River, like a green barrier, like new long bamboo shoots, bright and green in color. The early geese and ducks are foraging and playing. Waterbirds are chirping. Coupled with the ornament of high-rise buildings on the shore, a beautiful picture of this duck caught my eye: I saw the sun just squeezing out of the water, and suddenly, the whole earth turned red. People say, "It is most poetic to watch the sunrise on the majestic Mount Tai and the boundless sea." But who would have thought that watching the sunrise by the Yalu River in my hometown is also very leisurely!

In the blink of an eye, the calm river suddenly boiled. Countless fishing boats magically jumped out of the fishermen's homes next to them and shot like the middle of the river. The steamboat also sounded a brisk motor sound, splitting the water like a naughty child and sailing forward. On the bank of the river, the shepherd boy plays a cheerful and loud flute and drives the cattle and sheep to the green forging grassland. Wild flowers embedded in the roadside are full of people's laughter. This sound, accompanied by the rumble of machines in the riverside factory, constitutes a beautiful morning song!

I can't sleep at night. Beautiful pictures kept flashing in my mind. I saw heroic troops crossing the Yalu River and going to North Korea to kill the enemy and defend the motherland during the War to Resist US Aggression and Aid Korea. In the future, we will definitely build the Yalu River better! I will definitely build my hometown better!
