According to legend, Qin Gao was an alchemist in this mountain, and later became an immortal, "controlling carp to ascend to heaven", hence the name. Qin Gaoshan stands by the river, formerly known as Qin, or Qin. According to legend, alchemist Qin became immortal here in the Han Dynasty, and later "controlled carp to ascend to heaven", hence the name "this mountain and this water".

In the Qing Dynasty, Zhao wrote Qin Gaoqu, saying, "There is a hole under the north peak of Jingchuan, and the road is higher than Qin, which makes it a royal carp farming style." Its mountains are abrupt and rugged, shaped like lions, so the locals also call them Lion Mountain. There are monuments such as rain stones and alchemy caves hidden on the mountain. There are also Dan Zao, stone table, stone bench and other strange stones in the alchemy cave, which are said to be the relics of the immortal Qin Gui's alchemy. Outside the alchemy cave, a rock named "Golden Rooster Stone" stands on the left. Legend has it that in the past, there was a golden rooster perched on a stone. Whenever I hear the sound of piano and drums, I will lead my neck and flap my wings and crow loudly. During the Jiajing period of the Ming Dynasty, the scholar Wang of Jingxian county, then the minister of foreign affairs, once recited the poem "Golden Rooster Stone in Western Qin Dynasty": "Qinchuan opens a jade cave, and the strange stone is like a golden rooster." According to the records of the old county annals, among the cliffs of the Youth Olympic Mountain, there are as many as twenty or thirty rubbings carved in the past dynasties, which is the highest in the county. There are quatrains or long poems inscribed by Xing Ju, Wu Pingyi and Dewey during the Kaiyuan period of the Tang Dynasty. In the Song Dynasty, there were inscriptions by Jiang Yingshu, Guo, Chao Duanben, Zhao, etc. In the Southern Song Dynasty, there was a three-character seal script inscribed by Lin Chun, which was carved on the steepest cliff of Mianxi. The word "Xianfeng" inscribed by Kangxi and Chen Xiao in the Qing Dynasty was carved on a stone, and the word was very big. Most of these rubbings are made by calligraphers. They are beautiful and energetic, and they are very good to each other. Most sculptors are masters among craftsmen and are quite skilled in cutting and writing. Although it has been devastated by hundreds of years of wind and rain, it has not been erased so far. The word "Xianfeng" is as clear as ever and its charm is undiminished. The existence of these rubbings is considered as a precious historical relic. In the past, there were ancient buildings at the foot of the Youth Olympic Mountain, such as the Youth Olympic Temple, Sencui Building, Cuihai Villa and Guanjieting, which were destroyed in the Ming, Qing and Republic of China. Now we can only find the ruins.

A traveler is called a famous figure through the ages. The scenery of Western Qin with the Youth Olympic Mountain as the center has both the beauty of green mountains and green waters and the victory of caves and rocks. It has been a famous scenic spot since ancient times. Tourists have been knitting since the Tang Dynasty. Celebrity scholars are even more wandering. Li Bai, a poet, said in "Ascending the Mountain in Nine Days": "The red carp plays the piano high, and the white turtle attracts the phoenix instrument. Fairies are like fairies. You can meet people far away without spending money. " "Fifteen Tactics for Appreciating Cui" also said: "You have a bird book, and you are drinking. In the handwriting, if the sky were to fall. " Ouyang Xiu, a literary giant in the Song Dynasty, once wrote a poem, "How can I become an immortal when the piano is gone?" In the Qing Dynasty, Yuan Mei wrote a poem "Xiqin is said to be the place where the Youth Olympic Games rides carp": "Xiqin Mountain, if you treat others, you will eventually stand towards the waterfront. Xiqin River is clear and distinguishable, and fog leaves eleven holes in the middle bridge. The immortal's calligraphy in the cave is unknown, the cold smoke shakes the stone wall, the grass blooms in autumn and spring, and there is no news of the immortal. I laughed at Qin and Gao Zi. After all, I am not a fairy. But go by carp instead of carp. " Numerous poems and songs chanted by scholars in past dynasties left a good story for Qin Gaoshan.
