Are there any famous calligraphers in Dalian?

Teacher Luan Chuanyi is not only a calligrapher and seal engraver, but also engaged in the teaching, research and creation of calligraphy seal engraving for decades. Now he is a member of Xiling Printing Society, a member of China Calligraphers Association, the vice president of Dalian Painting and Calligraphy Institute, a professor of Fine Arts College of Liaoning Normal University, and a tutor of calligraphy graduate students. He is the editor-in-chief of more than ten works, such as Appreciation of China's Calligraphy, Dalian Story of Seal Cutting, Taishan Seal Cutting, and Dictionary of China's Modern History and National Conditions Education.
