Is it easy for foreign art graduate students to apply?

It is not easy for foreign art graduate students to apply.

Studying in the arts, formerly known as studying abroad, generally means that a person goes to a country other than his home country to receive art education, which can be short-term or long-term (from several weeks to several years). These people are called "art students". In Chinese mainland, art students refer to studying art in Hongkong and Macau as studying abroad, because these regions have different education systems. In addition, a kind of overseas short-term art exchange student program organized by the United States and other countries.

According to art students, studying abroad in art can be divided into two categories: studying abroad in art and studying abroad in music. When foreign colleges and universities recruit domestic art majors, they usually have to add additional tests for art majors on the basis of cultural courses. Art majors in overseas universities are generally divided into traditional Chinese painting, oil painting, printmaking, sculpture, calligraphy, plane, industry, environmental art, clothing, animation, photography, advertising, music, dance, film and television, hosting and so on.

The introduction of Master of Arts is as follows:

Master of Arts, also known as Master of Artistic Creation, is a master's degree in the art field, which usually takes two to three years to complete. The most common majors of Master of Arts are pure art, drama, Creative Writing, film and design. Master of Arts requires applicants to have a certain number of years of work experience or artistic practice experience, while ordinary masters do not.

Ordinary master's universities can apply for the exam without graduation, and master of arts must graduate before they can apply for the exam. Most master of arts also require on-the-job employees to obtain the consent of their units or corresponding management departments, and some even require their units to recommend them.

For a long time, the outstanding problems in the training of high-level talents in art are that the training specifications are single and the training types are mainly academic, which does not well reflect the characteristics of art and the growth law of artistic talents, nor can it well meet the social needs. Because artistic creation has a strong artistic ability, the professional development cycle is long, and the professional learning mode runs through the primary, secondary and even university stages, but the enrollment mode, training mode and degree awarding standard of graduate students in China are not conducive to the selection and training of such talents.
