Calligraphy in name only.

Just entering junior high school, I am standing at a starting line and sprinting to the other end of the starting line. That end can be very long, very long; It can also be very short, very short. In the new class group, I hope I can be the monitor. Although my figure is relatively thin, I am not as tall, powerful and shocking as most people think. But I don't want to be a tall and powerful person and have a terrible temper to suppress my classmates. Instead, we should be a monitor who can really serve students and convince others by reasoning, rather than relying on "strength." Only in this way can we be a good monitor to convince and defend students.

In primary school, I worked as a health committee member, a discipline committee member, a study committee member, a squadron leader, a Chinese class representative, and a vice monitor. These experiences have accumulated rich experience for me. Therefore, in the new semester, I want to go up a storey still higher and work hard for the monitor. Please believe that I have enough strength and advantages to undertake this important task. I will lead my classmates to a new level, make new progress bit by bit and stay ahead forever.

I am a "half-hearted" student, and here "half-hearted" can mean carelessness and carelessness. "three hearts" refers to enterprise, peace of mind and tolerance; "Second meaning" refers to creativity and poetry. The "enterprising" heart enables me to make continuous progress, improve myself and complete the class work with high quality and efficiency on the premise of excellent study. I treat "peace" and failure with normality. "Tolerance" makes me broad-minded, open-minded, and cooperate with others to do class activities well. "Creativity" makes my methods of managing classes more novel and thoughtful. "Poetry" makes our study and life more emotional, more relaxed and happy.

I know a good monitor is like a bridge between teachers and classmates. Teachers are busy with their work, so it is impossible to understand every student's thoughts. For example, which class students like, which teacher is lively and which teacher doesn't understand, the monitor can convey the students' ideas to the teacher. Therefore, if I am the monitor, my classmates can report any problems to me in time, and I will convey my opinions to the teacher so that the teacher can know the students better. Also, I think every student has a lot of extracurricular books at home. I can register books, set up a library and let students communicate with each other, so that I can not only read more good books, but also discuss and study together. As a monitor, of course, we should manage the discipline of our classmates. If they are too naughty and disobedient sometimes, I can't be impatient. I will reason with them and wash away their dissatisfaction. I will also do my part for the class, sweeping the floor, cleaning tables and chairs, and doing everything. As a monitor, I naturally don't have to mention my academic performance. However, I won't advertise everywhere. Pride makes people lag behind. I will take the initiative to help my classmates, explain the topics to them seriously and vividly, make them interested in learning and improve their grades slowly.

If I were a monitor, I would change my previous management style with the help of my teachers and classmates, and care about my classmates as much as my brothers and sisters. I will also use the break time to help some students with learning difficulties. I will actively assist teachers and support the work of class cadres.

If I were the monitor, I would help the class cadres to manage their classmates well, and ensure that all aspects of discipline, hygiene and study should be the best, and always strive for the first place.

The above is my management style, and please give your valuable opinions.

In order to be a good monitor, I will be strict with myself, speak actively in class and help each other after class; I will also listen to my classmates' opinions and accept others' suggestions with an open mind; I want to be beautiful in words, spirit and behavior. I will tolerate my classmates, respect my teachers and be filial to my parents. In a word, I will try my best. Ask teachers and classmates to supervise.
