The wooden wind and rain building was built by Liping Ancient Construction Company and made of high-quality Chinese fir in Chunlei Forest Farm. The building has four corridors and five pavilions, with small blue tiles, and the wooden bridge 1 1.8 meters high. On the ridge of the bridge, piles of "Shuanglong grabbing treasure" and "Feng Dan facing the sun" are even more vivid, just like flying and jumping. The eaves on the bridge are dripping blood, and the corners are soaring. Under the bridge, the river rippled with blue waves. The stone railings and stone steps of the north-south approach bridge are simple and generous, and they feel that they are rising step by step. What is particularly dazzling is the three treasure tops on the top of the bridge pavilion, which symbolizes the outstanding people of Xiaojiang, Liangjiang and Qingshuijiang, and the abundant wealth in one year.
Chixiping Yufeng Bridge has a unique and beautiful shape, and 2 12 landing columns are polished and coated with soil. There are 79 colorful paintings of ethnic customs and 15 couplets of poems in the gallery. Mr. Dai Mingxian, Chairman of the Provincial Calligraphers Association, and Mr. Long Yongtu, a famous economist and Secretary General of the International Economic Forum, wrote the name of the bridge and the couplet respectively.
As night falls, the lanterns on the bridge are shining, flashing red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. The eaves are shining one after another, the ridge of the bridge is flowing, the corner is flashing, and a bunch of gourds are flashing. Dragon and phoenix are auspicious, purple gas comes from the east, and the waves reflect the rainbow. In the clear river, it is like a graceful Dong nun taking you into heaven and earth.
The wind and rain bridge will go down in history forever, and its achievements will benefit the present and the future.
Wind and rain bridges are mainly made of Chinese fir. The whole building does not need nails and rivets, and all the wood is connected vertically with tenons and crosses. The roof of the shed is covered with hard and compact tiles, and all the exposed wooden surfaces are coated with antiseptic tung oil, so these huge buildings that span the stream and stand proudly in the sky are still indestructible after wind and rain.
These ancient buildings, which flourished from the end of the Han Dynasty to the Tang Dynasty, are rigorous in structure, unique in shape and full of national temperament.
