Shiping Xiushan is located in the west of Shiping County 10 km south of Baoxiu Town. Pine trees cover the scenery on the mountain, and cypress trees fill the mountain road. According to legend, during the Tang Dynasty, Dai people built Buddhist temples here. Zhenjue Temple was built in the Hongwu period of the Ming Dynasty (1368- 1398) and rebuilt many times in the Qing Dynasty. The existing ancient buildings include the mountain gate, the Ursa Major Hall and Lingyun Pavilion. There is a statue of Sakyamuni in the main hall, with a statue of Pu Xian and a statue of Manjusri on each side. Fine plastic workers, smooth clothing lines, different spirit. Lingyun Pavilion behind the main hall is a three-story attic building, about 20 meters high, with cornices and magnificent momentum.
On the eaves of the third floor, there is a plaque with three cursive characters of "Lingyun Pavilion" written by Chen Rongchang, a famous calligrapher in the late Qing Dynasty. Climbing upstairs overlooking Baoxiu Town, the cottage is lifelike, which is one of the famous mountains and scenic spots in southern Yunnan. 1983 was announced as a cultural relic protection unit in Honghe Hani and Yi Autonomous Prefecture.
