How to hold a pen?

I feel dizzy. Who says a pen can't write well, and a brush can't write well?

Have some common sense upstairs, okay? On the contrary.

The correct way to hold a pen is to put the pen holder between the fingertips of the thumb, forefinger and middle finger, with the forefinger in front, the thumb in the left back and the middle finger in the lower right. The index finger should be lower than the thumb, and the fingertip should be about 3 cm away from the nib. The penholder and exercise book are kept at a 60-degree tilt, the palms are empty and round, and the knuckles are slightly curved. Sit up straight, with your legs flat naturally, your head and upper body slightly leaning forward, your chest punched off the table, and your arms flat on the table. Write with a pen in your right hand, press the paper with your left hand and put the paper straight. Children should be equipped with desks and chairs of appropriate height. When a child wants to write, first remind him to pay attention to his posture, and then help him correct his wrong posture. As long as you persevere, children will be able to master the correct writing method and posture. (Right hand) Hold the pen tip 30mm between the index finger and the middle finger, and the pen tip will lean against the tiger's mouth, then press the pen with your thumb and press the pen with appropriate force; The ring finger and the little finger are close to the middle finger in turn to offset the thumb strength.

The development of children's muscles is unbalanced, with the larger muscles developing first and the smaller muscles developing later. When I first entered primary school, running and jumping were naturally coordinated, but the hand muscles began to develop, and the fine motor ability was poor, making it difficult to hold a pen and write. Parents should patiently guide and help primary school students master the correct method of holding pens.

The penholder and exercise book are kept at a 60-degree tilt, the palms are empty and round, and the knuckles are slightly curved.

If the child holds the pen incorrectly and holds it too low, not only will his hands get tired when writing, but he will also block the line of sight because he holds the pen too low, so he will turn his head and tilt his head, resulting in poor sitting posture and too close eyes to the object.

Pen is a necessary tool for students to study. Junior students mainly write with pencils, and whether primary school students write correctly with pens is also related to the length of pens. The pen is too short, so students have to bend their heads and twist their bodies to write in order to see clearly. Therefore, when the original length of the pencil is 1/2, the cap should be added to increase its length.

The correct writing posture is: sit up straight, your legs lie flat naturally, your head and upper body lean forward slightly, your chest is off the table, and your arms are flat on the table. Write with a pen in your right hand, press the paper with your left hand and put the paper straight. Children should be equipped with desks and chairs of appropriate height. Comprehensive wrong pen holding posture, roughly the following situations:

1, thumb button. This kind of pen holding posture mostly uses thumb force, and the pen bag is buckled at the tiger's mouth from the top of the pen holder. The contact point between the thumb and the pen is at the root of the second knuckle of the thumb, and the thumb and middle finger are buckled together to hold the pen.

2, thumb inside clip type. This posture is mainly to press the pen with the inside of the thumb, with the front end of the pen resting on the middle finger and the back end resting on the tiger's mouth.

3, the tip of the thumb, gently pinch the fingertips. This method of holding the pen mainly relies on the fingertip and thumb tip to exert force. Because the face against the penholder is small and the fingertips are not hard, it often hurts to hold it for a long time, and it is impossible to hold the penholder tightly at all.

The biggest problem of the above three pen holding postures is that the pen is not tight, and the fingers and wrists are not hard, which leads to the stroke is not straight, let alone the change of stroke thickness.

Analysis of the reasons for its formation is nothing more than the following two situations: first, students can't get the guidance of correct pen holding posture since childhood, so they can hold it casually, no matter how they hold it. According to statistics, parents of students in similar situations and their schools do not know how to guide their children to hold pens correctly. Secondly, most children "doodle" with crayons since childhood, and the crayons made by manufacturers are very thick, which is difficult for ordinary children to master, so wrapping pens with their thumbs has formed a wrong writing posture since childhood. In addition, most parents don't understand or correct it, and it takes a long time and energy to correct it. In view of this situation, in order to let students master the correct pen holding method and correct the wrong pen holding posture as soon as possible in teaching, I first focused on correcting the pen holding posture at the beginning of the lecture. At the same time, in order to facilitate students' memory, I compiled the correct pen holding posture into a formula and explained the essentials in detail, which achieved obvious results.

The formula is as follows:-two against three sets of customs, flexible fingers, appropriate angle, positive direction and light strokes.

"Touch" in the first sentence refers to touching the pen with the nail root of the middle finger from bottom to top, leaving the pen an inch long, usually when the pencil sharpener turns out of the conical root.

"Second press" refers to squeezing the pen with your thumb from the inside and your index finger from the outside, and then gently pressing it down to make the thumb and index finger exert force, so that the thumb belly is big and soft, and you can hold it tightly without great effort.

"Three sets" means that the ring finger and the little finger are slightly bent back and forth, and the two fingers are attached to the desktop in a plane, and the palm side should be attached to the desktop, so that the middle finger and the whole pen are lifted up to form a stable and vivid pen holding posture.

In the second sentence, "pointing to reality" means that the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and little finger are close to reality. "Palm deficiency" means that the ring finger and the little finger should not be rolled back into the palm? With so many postures, two fingers curl back to the palm of your hand, which makes the middle finger lose its grip and leads to unstable writing, that is, the palm is empty. "Wrist flexibility" means that the wrist should be relaxed and flexible, and the effect of "cleverness" can be achieved by using the movement of the wrist when writing.

The "direction" in the third sentence refers to the direction of the pen tip and pen holder. The correct direction of the pen tip should generally point forward, while the direction of the pen holder should be the right rear.

The "stroke thickness" in the fourth sentence refers to the weight of writing, that is, let students experience the different results of weight. When writing, the strokes are thin with light force and thick with gravity. Let the students know that when writing hard words, the strength is different. When you encounter this kind of fine strokes, you can have a sharp effect if you write lightly, and you can have a rough effect when you close the pen.

Among the above formulas, the first and third sentences are very important, and the main points are not difficult to understand, but they are often due to students' habits? It is difficult to correct mistakes, so teachers and parents are required to be patient and caring.

As for the method of hard pen movement, all books and articles have not mentioned it so far, so I dare not say the word "correct" in vain. I'm just talking about some experiences I have summed up in writing and teaching for your reference.

The so-called pen-carrying method mainly refers to the main strokes when writing Chinese characters: horizontal, vertical, left and right. According to the main pen, because folds, hooks, lifts and dots are all composed of these pens.

The writing method of "horizontal" refers to swinging the wrist left and right when writing, and moving the pen with a wristband. Due to the "three foils" relationship, light shift? From left to right, the pen is stable, so the lines will be "straight", forming a natural shape with low left and high right. Careful observation of students' writing methods of "one" will reveal that many students find it difficult to write straight without reaching their fingers, so I think it is necessary for students to know how to write horizontally.

The method of "vertical" writing means that when writing, the finger joints are up and down, and the wrists and arms can't move, otherwise the "vertical" strokes will definitely not be straight. Of course, the angle and direction of this pen must be 45 degrees and the "front-back direction", and the direction of the nib and the pen holder cannot be held to the left? Pointed right? Pen direction.

There is a trick to the writing method of "left-handed". Because the shape of the "skimming" stroke is from the top right to the bottom left, from thick to thin, with radian, many beginners can't write, and some have the same thickness or no radian. When explaining this method, I let the students understand that "when the pen tip touches the paper, the size of the contact surface is the key to determine the thickness of the strokes". If the contact surface is large, it will be thick if you redraw hard; If the contact surface is small, just make a strong stroke. And tell the students to try to get in from the outside? Wrist twist in your arms, so that the contact between pen and paper will be from short distance to long distance from the beginning, so that the strokes will naturally have thickness and radian.

The writing method of "four" is almost the same as that of "vertical", and the movement of finger joints drives the pen, but the direction of writing "four" is from "upper left to lower right", and "wrist and arm can't move" is very important. Because the shape of "Si" is from thin to thick, and then to thin? The front, so in the process of writing, it should be light at first, then gradually make it bold, and then write the effect of pressing through the back and front.

The above writing methods mainly refer to the writing methods of "horizontal", "vertical", "left" and "hold" in regular script, and are specially explained.
