Liu Xiahui is still pregnant. Is there anything wrong with this matter?

Yes. There are records in "Mencius: Wan Zhang Xia", "Chunzheng Mengqiu", and "Nancun Stop Farming Records: Buchao Attachment".

Things between men and women are considered "uncivilized". According to Chinese tradition, these cannot be discussed openly. The gentleman whom Mencius admired in this regard was Liu Xiahui, one of the "Four Great Saints" in Mencius's eyes. The other three were Boyi, Yiyin, and Confucius. "Mencius Wan Zhang Xia" said: Liu Xiahui is not ashamed to insult the king, and he does not resign from minor positions. Don't hide the virtuous when you advance, you must follow the path. There is no resentment when things are lost, and there is no pity when there is poverty. When I'm with the country people, I can't bear to leave. "You are you, I am me, even if you are naked on my side, how can you respond to me?" Therefore, those who hear the wind of Huixia Hui are despised to be lenient and weak. It is said that he is the sage of harmony and can be a teacher for hundreds of generations, so later generations will call Liu Xiahui the "sage of harmony".

However, Liu Xiahui is well known for her "satisfaction" in the relationship between men and women. Liu Xiahui, surnamed Zhan, given name Huo, courtesy name Ziqin, once served as a scholar in the state of Lu, and was equivalent to the current warden. It is said that he was an upright official and strict in enforcing the law, which was inappropriate for the times, so he abandoned his official position and went into seclusion, living in Liuxia (today's Liutun, Puyang County). After his death, he was given the posthumous title of "Hui", so he was called Liu Xiahui.

There are several versions of the story of "Sitting in Peace". The saying "sitting in the arms without chaos" comes from the "Mao Shi" version of "The Book of Songs".

Xiang Bo, written by Mao Heng of the Western Han Dynasty, tells the story of a man and a widow living alone: ??In the past, Uncle Yan was alone in the house, and his neighbor's wife was also alone in the house. At night, when a storm came and the house was broken down, the woman came to see her. Uncle Yan accepted her and asked her to hold a candle. Let it go until the end of the day and then evaporate it, then shrink the room and continue. If you think you can clear up the suspicion, don't put it to trial. If you are a judge, you should be like Lu Renran. Among the Lu people, there are men who are alone in the house, and the neighbor's wife is also alone in the house. At night, a storm came and the house was damaged, so the woman came to help him. The man closed his door and refused to pay. The woman cut herself off and said to him, "Why don't you accept me?" The man said, "I heard that men and women live together until they are sixty years old. My child is young, and I am also young, so I cannot accept my child." The woman said: "Why don't you be like Liu Xia Hui Ran? If you don't catch the daughter of the family, the country will not call it a mess." The man said: "Liu Xia Hui is good, but I can't do it. I will follow what I can't do and learn from Liu Xia Hui's work." Confucius said: "Those who want to learn from Liu Xiahui have nothing to do with this." This should be the earliest version, but it only talks about Liu Xiahui's "sitting in the arms without chaos" from the side.

The "Pure Mengqiu" written by Hu Bingwen of the Yuan Dynasty further enriches the details of "sitting in the arms without chaos": Lu Liuxiahui, whose surname is Zhan and whose name is Qin, traveled far and stayed outside the capital. It was a severe cold, and suddenly a woman came to stay overnight. Hui was afraid that she would freeze to death, so he sat on her lap and covered her with her clothes until dawn. Tao Zongyi's "Nancun Shuigong Lu·Buluan Fuliang" written by Tao Zongyi in the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties also has the same record: Husband Liu Xiahui stayed at Guomen at night, and a woman came to stay with him. Afraid that he would freeze to death, he would sit on his lap and remain calm until late at night.

Another statement, the source has not been found. It is said that Liu Xiahui was out visiting friends and encountered heavy rain on the way. He went straight to the ancient temple on the roadside to take shelter. However, as soon as he entered the door, he saw a naked woman wringing her clothes inside. Liu Xiahui hurriedly left and sat under the ancient locust tree, letting the heavy rain pour down. This "good story" became the reason why Liu Xiahui was still sitting in her arms (Huai).
