in order to speed up the development of education in our region and improve the talent team structure of the education system, after research and approval by the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, 11 teachers in the institutions with full funding from the education system are openly recruited for the society. According to the "Measures for Public Recruitment of Public Institutions in Jiangsu Province" and other relevant documents, the relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

1. Recruitment positions and number

Second, the recruitment conditions

1. Have the nationality of the Chinese people, enjoy the political rights of citizens, love their jobs, abide by the law, and have good conduct.

2. Good health. Under the age of 35 (born after July 1, 1978).

3. Bachelor's degree or above in normal education in full-time colleges and universities recognized by the administrative department of education (if the registered permanent residence or students from Huai 'an District apply for junior high school, primary school and kindergarten teachers' positions, their academic qualifications will be relaxed to normal colleges); Obtain the corresponding teacher qualification certificate (the recruitment conditions are the post of postgraduate degree or master's degree and the post of Huai 'an industrial secondary specialized school, and the teacher qualification is not required for the time being).

Those who have a postgraduate degree or a master's degree, and those who have a bachelor's degree and a bachelor's degree are not limited to their household registration or place of origin; Other personnel are limited to Huai' an household registration or Huai' an students.

recruitment is conducted by combining examination and assessment in accordance with the principle of "voluntary registration, open competition and merit-based employment".

1. Registration

Anyone who meets the recruitment requirements is limited to one position. When registering, he/she must bring the original and photocopy of his/her ID card, graduation certificate, degree certificate, teacher qualification certificate, household registration or certificate of origin, and three recent 2-inch bareheaded photos with the same background, which will be taken from August 8 to August 12 (8: 3-11: 3 am and 15: -15: pm). Candidates who have passed the preliminary examination of registration qualifications shall truthfully fill in the Registration Form for Staff of Public Recruitment Institutions in Huai 'an District of Huai 'an City and pay the written examination fee of 1 yuan/person.

the proportion of applicants and job-planned recruiters should reach the required proportion of starting the examination (see the Job Table for details). If the number of qualified applicants is less than the proportion of the number of recruits in the post plan, the number of recruits will be reduced in proportion until the post recruitment is cancelled.

2. written test

the post with a postgraduate or master's degree or above (post code 1-5,37) is exempt from written test. Applicants for other positions must take a written test organized by a unified organization, with one written test subject, with a total score of 1 points.

for those who apply for recruitment positions in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens (post code 6-25), the written test content includes basic knowledge of education (3 points) and professional knowledge of disciplines (7 points). The basic knowledge of education is mainly tested: teachers' professional ethics, curriculum reform, education laws and regulations, pedagogy and psychology. The main test of subject professional knowledge: professional knowledge and teaching method. Those who apply for the post of Huai 'an Industrial Technical Secondary School (post code 26-36) will have written test content of subject expertise.

3. Interview

According to the written test scores of people who apply for the same position, according to the order from high score to low score and the multiple of the number of post-planned recruits after the reduction and the corresponding examination opening ratio (in which the number of post-planned recruits for kindergarten teachers is calculated as 1.5 times after the reduction), the interviewees are determined (the candidates with tied results will enter the interview together, the same below). The Huai 'an District Education Bureau will re-examine the qualifications of the interviewees. Candidates should truthfully provide relevant materials that meet the application conditions. Those who meet the application conditions after examination will be issued an Interview Notice. Candidates who fail to provide the original valid documents on time according to the above requirements or fail to pass the qualification review will be disqualified from the interview, and will be replenished in order from high score to low score among the candidates who apply for the same position. Those who enter the interview as on-the-job personnel shall provide the certificate of consent to enter the examination according to the personnel management authority at the time of qualification review. If the ratio between the number of interviewers who passed the qualification review and the number of job recruitment plans is less than the proportion of starting the examination, all the interviewers who passed the qualification review will enter the interview.

① those who apply for the positions of junior high school calligraphy teacher (post code 15), primary school calligraphy teacher (post code 23) and Huai' an industrial secondary school (post code 26-36) will be interviewed by combining their professional knowledge to demonstrate their abilities.

② for those who apply for other positions except the above positions (including the positions exempt from written examination), the interview method is lecture. Among them, the preparation time is 6 minutes, and the lecture time is 1 minutes.

The total score of interview results is 1, and 6 or above is qualified. Candidates will be informed of the interview results on the spot.

4. Physical examination and investigation

Among the candidates who have passed the interview, the written test score accounts for 7% and the interview score accounts for 3%, and the total score of the candidates is synthesized by a percentage system (the interview score is the total score for the post that is exempt from written test). According to the order of the total scores of candidates applying for the same position from high to low, and the ratio of 1: 1 of the number of recruits in the post plan after the reduction, the participants are determined.

The Huai 'an Education Bureau will organize the physical examination and inspection in a unified way. The physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements for the qualification of teachers in Jiangsu Province. The specific time and place of physical examination will be notified separately. The medical examination fee shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

Huai' an District Education Bureau will organize an inspection of qualified personnel. The inspection was carried out with reference to "Detailed Rules for the Implementation of the Examination of National Civil Servants in Jiangsu Province" and "Guidelines for the Examination of Civil Servants in 213 in Jiangsu Province".

if there are vacancies due to unqualified physical examination or investigation, they will be filled in the order from high score to low score according to the total score of the applicants in the same position.

IV. Publicity

Those who have passed the physical examination and investigation are determined to be candidates, and they will be publicized on the website of Huai 'an Human Resources and Social Security Bureau () and Huai 'an District Education Network () for 7 working days.

v. Employment and related benefits

After the publicity, if the results of the publicity of the candidates affect the employment or the candidates explicitly give up the employment and there is a vacancy, among the qualified interviewers who apply for the same position, they will be replenished at one time according to the total test scores of the candidates from high to low, and will not be replenished after the employment approval.

if the employed social workers have signed a labor contract or employment agreement with the original work unit, they shall be responsible for handling it by themselves.

if there is no objection to the personnel to be hired after publicity, or if there is objection but it does not affect the employment, the relevant procedures shall be handled according to the relevant regulations and procedures of the management of public institutions. If the applicant fails to go through the relevant formalities within the time limit due to personal reasons, his employment qualification will be cancelled.

the probationary period of the employed personnel is 3 months (the probation period of the unemployed graduates shall be implemented according to the national regulations). Those who pass the examination after the probation period shall go through the relevant formalities according to the relevant regulations. Those who fail to pass the examination during the probation period will be disqualified and self-employed.

The treatment of employed personnel shall be implemented according to the relevant regulations of institutions in Huai 'an District.

VI. Discipline and Supervision

In recruitment, the principle of "openness, equality, competition and selection of the best" shall be implemented, with strict discipline and impartiality, and fraud and malpractice for personal gain are strictly prohibited.
