Second, the content selection and target requirements
1, long-distance running skills. Including group running and independent exercise. Every student at least 1500m every day.
Overall goal: Students can initially develop the habit of maintaining good posture during running, master the scientific and standardized essentials of long-distance running, and adjust themselves according to their own characteristics, real-time physical condition and other factors. The qualified rate of students' physical fitness test is over 98%.
Target decomposition:
(1) Team Run: Students run 1500m every day through "big recess" activities.
(2) Independent exercise: through physical education class and after class.
2. Special project skills.
Each class independently chooses sports activities that are suitable for students' age characteristics and have class characteristics.
General goal: each class should choose appropriate characteristic sports, which can not only achieve the purpose of full participation and physical fitness, but also be suitable for the designated venue of the class, clean and beautiful, and follow the principle that individuals do not affect the whole. Through the development of activities, we can achieve the goal of one lesson, one characteristic and profound characteristics.

Students choose an art and sports project of their own choice. Take the form of questionnaire survey, make statistics on the self-selected items of students in each class, and guide students to choose those art and sports items that meet their own conditions and venue conditions and are healthy and progressive in content. Students can apply for a change every four weeks.

1, time guarantee. The school schedule clearly stipulates that major recess activities are 30 minutes after the second class in the morning and 30 minutes after the third class in the afternoon. 3. Human and material resources. Teachers and students participate in big recess activities. Small vulnerable equipment for large-scale recess activities shall be purchased by students in each class.
4. Safety. To delimit the activity area, students in each class must be active within the specified activity scope to prevent the chaotic phenomenon of unclear activity area or disorderly running around. Each venue arranges teachers to guide on-site activities and urge students to be safe.

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday is the time for class projects, and every Tuesday and Thursday is the time for students to choose their own projects.
