Recently, Zhang Jihai, a famous military painter, created the calligraphy work "Respecting Virtue and Carrying Things", which was selected by the relevant state units and permanently engraved in Juyongguan, the Great Wall of Beijing, and became a classic work representing China's calligraphy art.

In order to create "respecting morality and carrying things", he spent three years repeatedly studying the Book of Changes, getting familiar with all kinds of famous inscriptions, and looking for and exploring the calligraphy language that can express the meaning of words. Finally, he decided to use official script as the basis, absorb the meaning of seal script characters and strokes, and express the connotation of "respecting morality and carrying things" with an ancient and elegant calligraphy face, which was widely recognized by the society. In the autumn auction of Beijing Ishikawa International Auction Company last year, its works were sold at a high price of 32,000 yuan, which was the highest record of contemporary calligraphy auction in this auction and attracted wide attention of collectors.
