Teacher qualification certificate is the legal certificate that the holder has the teacher qualification recognized by the state. Printed by the education administrative department of the State Council, numbered by the teacher qualification accreditation institution in accordance with the provisions of the state, stamped with the official seal and steel seal of the corresponding government education administrative department.
