"When you pick up the pen, you are practicing calligraphy" is a sentence said by a calligraphy teacher, which I have always kept in mind.
What the calligraphy teacher means is: No matter when you pick up the pen to write, you should strictly abide by the correct writing posture and write every word neatly, stroke by stroke. I regard "writing is when I practice calligraphy" as a serious and down-to-earth attitude. I always remind myself to have this attitude.
No matter what you do, don’t think about doing it well when you have time later. You must try to do it well the first time. Of course, this is very easy to say, but not so easy to do.
At work, because I consider work efficiency, I often do a good job in one go. But without constraints in daily life, your own study, or some hobbies, it is difficult to achieve such a state.

? Usually, when I read a book, I am always eager to know the outline of the whole book, so I flip through the book hastily. I thought that when I read it again, I would read it carefully and take notes carefully.
? And soon you will find another good book. The classic book that once touched you after reading it hastily was quickly shelved.
? Another way of reading I learned from a good friend of mine is: every time before reading a book, you should read the table of contents and write detailed notes while reading. Summarize and memorize the framework and knowledge points of each chapter in the book.
? She said that to read a book, you must be able to read it both thinly and thickly. No matter what training she attended or what book she read, she could always recount the entire process in detail.

I have loved listening to music since I was a child, but rarely sang. Because my younger brother sang so well, I would often be laughed at by my family members and yelled at me before I started singing, so I gradually stopped daring to open my mouth to sing.
In recent months, I have tried to break the limitations I have placed on myself and explore more possibilities in life. I spent a lot of time practicing singing and also signed up for vocal lessons, but my progress was slow. I couldn't always find the right tunes, and I struggled with the lack of greater progress.
?It wasn’t until I went back to my brother’s house last time and saw his brother practicing singing that I realized how Mai Ba did it. At that time, my younger brother sang "Chengdu". He has been singing well since he was a child. He can sing a song very well after learning it two or three times.
But in those few days, I saw him practicing singing while walking, sitting or lying down, until he reached the highest score and sounded almost the same as the original singer.
And I get anxious after practicing a song a few times. I always think that I will just practice this song until this point, and I will practice harder on the next song. As a result, none of the songs could be sung to the best, and the progress was very slow.

Although these seem to be very trivial things, they caused me great reflection and gave me a lot of inspiration.
In my future work, study, and life, I will definitely adjust myself to the mentality of "when I pick up my pen, I practice my calligraphy." for, but to go all out.
? Perhaps the difference between ordinary and mediocre lies in this. If we are willing to do almost everything, then we have to accept our own mediocrity. But if we do every little thing to the extreme with a down-to-earth and serious attitude, although we will live an ordinary life, slowly a spirit will appear in us, and this spirit can support us in our future. A better and better future.
I told myself again: when I pick up my pen, I am practicing my calligraphy.
Then, move forward steadily.
