Historical evolution of Qingfeng steamed bun restaurant

Qingfeng Steamed Bun Shop was founded in 1948. Its original site is located in the southeast corner of Xidan, Beijing, facing south. At first, it was an ordinary small restaurant, because the steamed stuffed bun was authentic. From 65438 to 0956, after the public-private partnership, we exclusively operate steamed buns.

1976 officially changed its name to "Qingfeng Steamed Bun Shop", mainly engaged in steamed buns and fried liver. Because of its high quality, which conforms to the eating habits of China people, it has naturally become a well-known fast food brand recognized by Beijingers.

1999, the famous calligrapher Xu inscribed a plaque for "Qingfeng Steamed Bun Shop".

From 65438 to 0999, Qingfeng Steamed Bun Shop was demolished due to the municipal construction of Xidan Street, and reopened in Tiananmen Square in Xi 'an in the same year.
