Liang Qi (1909 ~ 1996), a Hui native of Jiaohe, Hebei. 1945 moved to Tianjin in the afternoon. He used to be a librarian of Tianjin Literature and History Museum and a painter of Tianjin Painting Academy.
Ji (1883- 1967? ), Mingju, a native of xian county, Hebei Province, the grandson of Ji Xiaolan V, lives in Baoding. During the Republic of China, he served as county magistrate, director of Xingtai Tax Bureau and chief of performance appraisal department of provincial government. Poetry, writing, calligraphy and painting are all together. After liberation, he participated in the first national art exhibition. His calligraphy, taking the two kings of law, was eventually full of books by Dong Siweng. His paintings, figures, landscapes, flowers and birds, patriarchal clan system and Ming people are all accomplished.
