Emperor Yan's martial arts character focuses on the second horizontal. This is a long cross. Divide it in two with a hook from two thirds. The longer part on the left balances the hook well, and other strokes fill the remaining blank position. On the whole, it is a regular square: the long horizontal line on the upper left, the stop point on the lower left, the right point on the upper right and the hook on the lower right support the four corners of the square, and each part is very balanced and very atmospheric.

There is a great difference between European style of writing and painting. We divide it into two parts: the first part is "individual" and the second part is "knowledge". The two horizontal lengths of the European body are almost equal, the hook length is much longer, and the point in the upper right corner is replaced by a short one by Ou Yangxun. The advantage of this is that it can make the strokes more compact, and it also reflects the characteristics of tightening the palace in Europe. The original short horizontal point is changed to the right point, and the short vertical point is changed to the short left point. In this way, the original square stop deformation is transformed into a triangle, so the posture of the whole word becomes like this.

After such observation and analysis, you will know how to write a word. The next thing to do is practice hard and repeatedly. But if the method is correct, the effect of practice will get twice the result with half the effort.
