Brief introduction of Beijing Calligraphers Association

Beijing Calligraphers' Association was founded on 1983, then named as "China Calligraphers' Association Beijing Branch". It is a mass professional organization under the leadership of Beijing Municipal Committee, which is voluntarily combined by Beijing calligraphers, seal engravers, calligraphy theory, calligraphy educators and organizers. He is a member of Beijing Federation of Literary and Art Circles. 1988 was renamed as "Beijing Calligraphers Association" at the second member congress, and was renamed as "Beijing Calligraphers Association" in February 2003.
