Why was Huang Tingjian posthumously awarded to posthumous title?

Posthumous title is a writing evaluated by later generations after death. In ancient times, after evaluating the dead emperors, princesses, ministers and other senior figures according to their life stories, the title of giving or praising or derogating or sympathizing began in the Western Zhou Dynasty. In order to draw a conclusion about historical figures, the ancients chose posthumous title as a generalization, which highly summarized the life of a historical figure.

Huang Tingjian is an official, and there will naturally be posthumous title.
