Xifoya stone carving

The stone carving of Xifo Cliff is located in the west corner of Liping County, Guizhou Province. Xifo Cliff is the graveyard of He Tengjiao, an anti-Qing hero in the late Ming Dynasty, and has always been a tourist attraction. In the 16th year of the Republic of China (1927), Zhou Yueyang, the colonel of Xiang Army, led his troops to Liping to pay homage to He Tengjiao's tomb. He paid high tribute to He Gong's national integrity, that is, he wrote the words "great spiritual end" and presented a gift. He personally went to the residence of Mr. Li Bo, a calligrapher in Liping, and asked for a letter. Zhou paid a craftsman to carve on the Cliff of Xifo. The four characters are horizontal regular script, with vigorous and free brushwork, engraved on the stone wall, each character is 60 cm square, and both sides go straight in small letters, with the title "Ding Mao beginning of winter Month in the Republic of China" and the following title: "Colonel Xiang said it was itchy". The whole cliff stone carving is 2.75 meters long.

The cliff full of vigor and vitality is still intact. It belongs to one of the affiliated cultural relics of He Tengjiao Cemetery and is listed as a key cultural relics protection unit in Guizhou Province.
