Generally speaking, there are many places like this in the world, not just the Peach Blossom Land.
1. Original text
There are more legends about Taoyuan than the facts. According to Yuanming's records, Zhiyan's ancestors came here to avoid the Qin Dynasty, and what the fishermen saw seemed to be his descendants, who were not immortals from the Qin Dynasty. It is also said that if you kill chickens for food, how can there be an immortal who kills them? ... It is said in the past that there is a chrysanthemum water in Nanyang. The water is sweet and fragrant. There are more than thirty families living in it. Those who drink the water can live a long life, which may be one hundred or twenty or thirty years old. There are five generations of grandchildren in the old man's village of Qingcheng Mountain in Shu. ?
The road is extremely dangerous and far away, and people don’t know how to salt and ferment it. But there are many wolfberries in the stream, with roots like dragons and snakes. Drinking the water will bring longevity. In recent years, the Tao has become slightly clearer and can gradually develop the five tastes, and life expectancy has declined. Taoyuan covers this ratio. By the time the Wuling Prefect got there, it had become a battleground for a long time. I often imagine that there are many people like this in heaven and earth, not just Taoyuan.
2. Translation
Many of the stories about the Peach Blossom Spring in the world are exaggerated. Examining Tao Yuanming's records, it is only said that the ancestors fled the wars of the Qin Dynasty and came here. Then what the fisherman saw were the descendants of those who fled the chaos, not their own people, so it is not that the Qin Dynasty people are immortal. It is also said that chickens are killed for food. Where are the immortals who kill animals? It used to be said that there was a chrysanthemum water in Nanyang. The water was fragrant and sweet, and more than thirty families lived in it. Those who drank the water lived long lives, and some lived to be 120 or 30 years old.
There is an elderly village in Qingcheng Mountain, Sichuan, where it is said that five generations live under one roof. The road is extremely dangerous and far away. I don’t know salt and vinegar when I am alive. There are many wolfberries in the stream. Its roots are as curved as dragons and snakes. Drinking the water there will make you live longer. In recent years, the roads have become slightly smoother and people are gradually able to come into contact with daily condiments, so their life span has been shortened, so this is almost the same as the life span of people outside.
When Wuling Prefect learned that he had arrived there, it had already become a place that many people were fighting for. Generally speaking, there are many places like this in the world, not just the Peach Blossom Land.
