" Mr. Liu Wenquan copied the list of his delegates to the Third Congress of China Writers and Artists in 1960, and the photo of Chairman Mao's meeting with literary representatives published in the first edition of People's Daily on July 24th, 960, and gave it to Mr. Wang Keyu.
