In A.D. 1927, Wang Yuqing in Wuxi built a pear garden on the basis of the seven or eight scenic spots in the Qing Dynasty. The pear garden covers an area of 5.2 hectares, including 2.2 hectares of water. Visitors can visit the pear garden in three parts, namely, the fake mountain area in the middle, the lakeside causeway and the Four Seasons Pavilion in the west, and the promenade, lake pavilion and layer waves in the east. The topic is "Red is rolling, green is dripping, yellow is drunk, white spring pavilion is planted in Chun Mei, peach and bamboo are planted in summer pavilion, osmanthus is planted in autumn pavilion, and wintersweet is planted in winter pavilion. Through the Four Seasons Pavilion, Liu Di is on the west side of the garden. In the southwest corner of the pavilion, there is a hexagonal pavilion built near the lake, called Wanghuting, where visitors can see Lihu Lake and Shitang. Each phoenix is led by a dragon, and the dragon and phoenix are auspicious and lifelike. In the north of the Four Seasons Pavilion is the famous "Thousand Steps Corridor", which twists and turns, and the corridor is about 300 meters long. The leaky window on the corridor wall is made of ceramic tiles, and there are 89 flower windows with different patterns, which is extremely negative for the charm of Jiangnan gardens. Writers of the Song Dynasty-Su Shi, Min Lang, and tourists of the Ming Dynasty all stop here to enjoy the scenery, such as the long willows, the promenade near the water, exquisite bridges and flowing water, and gorgeous pavilions. What a "shadow, snow waves, smoke green" picture!

Guilin Tianxiang was originally one of the "Eight Scenes of Clearing Qi" created by Xun Zhen in the early years of the Republic of China. There are dozens of old osmanthus trees, surrounded by green leaves, and the flowers are like broken gold. The name of the scene comes from the code name of "sweet clouds floating outside, laurel trees falling in the moonlight" Mid-Autumn Festival, sweet-scented osmanthus fragrance, makes people think. Woyun Cave was originally the end of Yuzhuang rockery, 65438+. It has become the contact point of rockery, south dike Chunxiao and long corridor Range Rover. The ancients said that "the cave is blessed with heaven", and the pattern of the flower street at the junction of this cave and the promenade just conforms to people's psychology of praying for good luck. In the middle of this pattern is the word "longevity", surrounded by five bats, and the word "bat" of bats is homophonic with the word "blessing", so this is compared to "cash cow" which is very interesting. After the founding of People's Republic of China (PRC), in 654. 1952, the hundred-foot gallery of Liyuan is 200 meters to the west, which is connected with the fishing village and is collectively called Liyuan. 1954, four seasons pavilion, lianxin bridge and other scenic spots have been built. 1980 or so, expanding the new area of "layer wave overlap". The above scenic spots are still named after Liyuan. In 2006, the Liyuan Xishizhuang was completed and opened.
