1979 published the article "Li Zicheng led the peasant uprising in the late Ming Dynasty", which attracted academic attention. According to this article, the middle school history textbook published by 1979 was revised. He first put forward the hybrid theory of Sichuan's development in the Qing Dynasty in the History of Sichuan in the Qing Dynasty, and is also known as the first person in China to thoroughly dissect the largest historical book of the Qing Dynasty, A Record of the Dynasties in the Qing Dynasty, which has 4433 volumes and 50 million words.
