Somebody help me see whose handwriting this is. I can't read this signature.

This is Essien Joe Luo Hengshan, a famous painter and calligrapher, from Shenyang. He is currently a researcher of China International Painting and Calligraphy Research Association and the grandson of Aisin Giorro Puyi, the last emperor of the Qing Dynasty. The signature is "Hengshan Guiwei Winter, Aisingiorro", with two seals, Aisingiorro on the top and Hengshan Book on the bottom.
