A Brief Introduction to the Journey to the East —— Xuanzhi Cultural Park

? Xuanzhi Cultural Park, where you can see the Xuanzhi Museum and the open production line of Xuanzhi, I believe anyone who knows China's painting and calligraphy will like it, not to mention those who know China's painting and calligraphy.

? I can't read China's paintings and calligraphy, and I didn't know there was such a cultural park. I don't know why, but I still want to see it. Perhaps this is an instinct that China culture consciously recognizes.

? When the navigation shows that the Xuanzhi Cultural Park is not far away, billboards of different Xuanzhi manufacturers begin to appear on the roadside. Reminded me at once that this is Jingxian County, which belongs to Xuancheng. Xuan paper is a special product of Xuancheng, so it is very famous and has a long history.

? But it's interesting to think about it. Speaking of the raw materials of Xuan paper, they must come from natural plants and Wuhan. I didn't feel much different from natural vegetation all the way. Why is there a rice paper cluster only in Xuancheng, but not in other places?

? Oh, no, there are rice paper in other places, but I don't know. On the street of Nanyang Guzhen in Taohuatan, I saw rice paper sellers. Well-intentioned people secretly told me that this is not genuine, but fake rice paper made in other places, and the paper quality is very poor.

? So, to put it another way, why is the real Xuan paper only here in Xuancheng after so many years? Or, more accurately, why is it only here in Jingxian County? What's your secret stunt?

? The most prominent thing in Xuanzhi Cultural Park is Xuanzhi Museum, a square building in gray and white that can be associated with Xuanzhi. I pondered that the white curtain cloth perpendicular to the whole building should be pure white with good texture and pictographic rice paper;

? Do other gray exterior walls have the meaning of homophonic "Huizhou School"? The square shape of the building may mean a kind of spirit: square but not round, straight and firm, so we must ensure that the quality and brand of rice paper are straight and eternal.

? In the exhibition hall of the museum, the outstanding feeling is white, especially white, or soft and warm white. Seeing me looking at the wall of the exhibition hall, I seem to want to reach out and touch it. The staff came to remind me, "Don't touch the wall with your hands, it's all mounted on rice paper, and it's very troublesome to get dirty." I see. No wonder I feel that the white of the exhibition wall is different and the rice paper is different.

? The exhibitions in the museum are illustrated, beautiful and literary.

? After watching the exhibition, I got a better understanding of the origin and spread of Xuan paper and its contribution to China culture. As an invention, the wisdom of the ancients embodied in the manufacture of Xuan paper, as an article, the excellent quality of Xuan paper for thousands of years, as a carrier, the historical role of Xuan paper in carrying and spreading Chinese civilization, people are grateful to all the predecessors who have contributed to this, including today.

? I won't talk about it one by one, only that China's painting and calligraphy, a unique and excellent China cultural style, has its unique artistic expression and artistic charm. It is true that the carrier such as Xuan paper can be expressed more fully, better and permanently. In other words, it is also because China has his own unique Xuan paper that he has unique and beautiful China paintings and calligraphy.

? Of course, there are inkstones, which are collectively called Four Treasures of the Study. They are unique to China culture and have made great contributions.

? Get to the point: Speaking of Four Treasures of the Study, I can't help admiring this place. Anhui is really amazing. Pen has Xuan pen, ink has Hui ink, paper has Xuan paper, and inkstone has she inkstone, all of which are top-grade or first-class products. From the perspective of objects and tools, Anhui has indeed made great contributions to the development and inheritance of China culture.

? There is a Xuan Paper Museum facing Xuancheng, China and the world. Love it!

? The on-site display of Xuan paper production in Xuan paper cultural park is also very interesting.

? There is a huge video made of rice paper, which has been posted online. I believe many people have seen it and are deeply impressed. It turned out that the production site was in the cultural park, and the fishing process was completed in this workshop.

? Moreover, the production of such a huge rice paper should be carried out seriously in this workshop every year, not just for a temporary performance. I asked the workers in the workshop and learned that such a huge rice paper was "three feet three" and sold for 14 thousand each. There is also a huge calligraphy work in the workshop.

? Because I don't know calligraphy, I can't see whether the handwriting is good or not. I guess the work is spread on the ground with paper, and it is difficult for a person to swing up and down with the giant pen in his socks. The conclusion is that this is a hard job. You must wear socks, or you may cause unnecessary marks because of sweating on your feet.

? Smile first. Why do I feel useless?

? Paper-making is carried out in different rooms according to different processes. Because the general format of rice paper production does not need particularly large and spacious space, the workshop with these spaces is inevitably not much different from ordinary houses, and has the impression of a workshop. However, even the workshop can do no harm. This has been the case for thousands of years, and it does not affect the quality of rice paper. Just use it together.

? Every process has its own terminology, so I won't read it one by one according to the script. It is better to use your own words according to memory.

? Carry out primary processing first. There are many kinds of raw materials, grass, sandalwood bark, and what else I don't know. After peeling, it will become a long white strip.

? Mash the strips into mud. Is there any material or seasoning mixed in or added? There should be.

? When the mud enters the next process, you can see that there is a suspected chemical in a barrel. Presumably, this is a key part with trade secrets. Its function is to separate the part of mud that does not belong to fiber, so that paper can be made. To be sure, the chemicals used will not be difficult to prepare, and the precious secret is the formula ratio and the technology used by the node.

? Then there is the blank of the paper. There is white water pulp in the pool, and a bamboo "row" swings back and forth on the pulp surface, so that the white fine flocs produced in the previous process form a uniform distribution with a certain thickness on the "row" and float out of the water to form an overall blank.

? Uncover the lid and bake it into paper. Uncover the wet paper blanks formed in the previous procedure one by one and stick them on a hot wall to dry. After drying, it is the finished paper. After cutting and packaging according to the specifications, it will enter the circulation link and become a commodity. Pay attention to the dryness and humidity of the paper blank.

? Uncovering the paper blank seems simple, but it is obviously a technical job. Uncovering the paper piece by piece from the thick wet paper blank requires a certain speed and yield, and the feel and strength cannot be achieved in one day. This requires patience. It seems that these monotonous movements are repeated endlessly every day, not to mention the difficulty of work. It's not easy to watch it for a while. Therefore, when we see that some Chinese calligraphy and painting are priceless, we really can't forget the hard work of those rice paper makers for thousands of years; We can't forget that the brilliant life of those China masters of painting and calligraphy benefited from the simple and plain life of Xuan paper makers.

? In fact, all simple and extraordinary lives in the world benefit from simple and ordinary life, don't they?

? For all those who work hard and live a simple and ordinary life, like it!

? The cut pieces of rice paper can be touched by hand. Feel good, with the cotton thickness of cloth, but not tough, the paper is smooth and clean, not just slippery. These are probably the signs that rice paper is not only smooth but also hard and slippery when eating ink and infiltrating ink. So rice paper can express all kinds of wonderful scenery with pen and ink. I have seen the cicada painted by Qi Baishi, which is very enlightening. After enlargement, it is found that the fine texture of cicada wings and the light transmission between the textures are all drawn by Qi Baishi with pen and ink. I believe that such an excellent person can never be passed on without good Xuan paper.

? Because Xuan paper is precious, what we are discussing now is not whether to sell it, but whether to sell it. It is estimated that the paper size seen at the scene is more than two or three hundred yuan each.

? Xuan paper is so expensive that the production process is open. Aren't you afraid of technology being stolen by foreign countries or other places?

? The field staff told me that I was not afraid. The reason is that foreigners don't need Xuan paper to draw; The same raw material plants do not grow in Xuancheng area. Even if the same rice paper technology is adopted, rice paper of the same quality cannot be made, and rice paper can only belong to Xuancheng.

? The raw materials of rice paper, such as grass and sandalwood bark, grow in different places, but there are also differences similar to "orange in the south and orange in the north"

? It seems that the worker is wrong. In the exhibition hall, you can clearly see that the production technology of rice paper is confidential.

? However, I firmly believe that people are magical after all. Throughout the ages, there have been some really different people in Jingxian County, Xuancheng. It is through their excellent minds and hands that great Xuan paper was created and passed down. Expanding our vision to the surrounding areas, it is not difficult to see that people in this large area have also made unique contributions to making high-quality inkstones. This cultural Anhui phenomenon is by no means accidental. Of course, this is another huge topic. ...

? For me, I will mention rice paper later, and then I will call it rice paper. I will not simply pronounce vocabulary syllables, but will be respectful.

? Respect for traditional culture "respect and cherish the word paper" should also have the essence of understanding, which is to respect and cherish the wisdom and labor of countless people condensed on the word paper!
