Cursive thousand-character enlightenment edition

Qi Gong Qian is a calligraphy work by China calligraphy master Mr. Qi Gong, who copied Zhi Yong's masterpiece Qian on 1974. Mr. Qi Gong's calligraphy is mostly running script, less regular script and less cursive script. And his "True Grass Thousand Characters" written in true grass and grass fonts is even more rare in the world. The original Qigong was collected by Beijing painter Mr. Shen Yihua for nearly 40 years and will be officially made public on 20 13.

Beijing painter Shen Yihua, also known as Heping, grew up in a quadrangle in the west of Beijing. His grandmother's family and Mr. Qi Gong's family are old friends. His grandmother surnamed Yu, widowed at the age of 24, took Shen Yihua's mother back to her family. Her great-grandfather worked in the Qing court for generations, and Yu Minzhong, a great scholar during the Qianlong period, was her ancestor. Yu Minzhong was a scholar in Qianlong for two years (1737). He is a university student and minister of military affairs in Wenhua Hall, and the longest-serving official in the Han Dynasty. Yu Minzhong is good at calligraphy, and his calligraphy style is close to that of Dong Qichang. He was an influential calligrapher at that time. He and his descendants have been living in Liubukou (now next to the Great Hall of the People) in Beijing. The last mansion was passed on to Shen Yihua's great-grandfather and sold after the Revolution of 1911. At that time, his grandmother's family was in close contact with the Qigong family, and the communication between the two families continued after liberation until Mr. Qigong's death.

When I was a child, Shen Yihua's grandmother often took him to Qi Gong's home, and Mr. Qi Gong and his wife Zhang Baochen often visited his grandmother in Shen Jia. Mr. Wang has always called Shen his nickname "peace" When people visit Mr. Qi's house in middle age, they still affectionately call him "Little Peace". Shen Yihua liked painting when he was very young, and Mr. Qi Gong gave him many paintings. Unfortunately, because Shen Yihua was too young to cherish, and his family was too familiar with Qi Gong, he didn't take Mr. Qi Gong's paintings seriously, so Heping Xiao used his calligraphy and painting as a model to spread thin rice paper on the original, so none of the calligraphy and painting that Mr. Qi Gong gave him at that time was preserved.

In the 1970s, when Shen Yihua was in his teens, his grandmother once took him to a qigong home. Pointing at him, she said to Qi Gong, "Xiao Heping is bent on learning to write Chinese calligraphy now. What copybook do you think is more suitable for him? " At that time, the copybooks were mainly quotations from Chairman Mao, and there were few really good copybooks. Mr. Qi Gong thought for a moment and said, "There are no good copybooks in the market now. I have a newly written "True Grass Thousand Characters", with more than 2,000 words in two fonts. If it is suitable for copying, just give it to him. " Little Heping and his grandmother didn't expect that Teacher Qi Gong would take the initiative to give him thousands of words that he had carefully created for seven days and seven nights. This book was often copied by Heping Xiao and collected by Heping Xiao for nearly 40 years. This "True Grass Thousand Characters" was written on the rice paper used to write calligraphy in those days. There are as many as 26 sheets of 52 pages of tissue paper. The whole book is full of vitality and vivid brushwork. It is one of the representative works of Mr. Qi Gong's real calligraphy and cursive script, which is extremely precious. Mr. Shen Yihua said that Mr. Shen's running script is very common, but there are few real books and few cursive scripts. I'm afraid this is the only thing in the world that can survive. This book "Thousand Words True Grass" not only represents Mr. Qi Gong's care for children, but also his wish to contribute to teaching and educating people, and also contains the deep feelings of Shen Jia and Qijia for many years. In the late 1990s, Mr. Qi Gong wrote an inscription for Shen Yihua's solo exhibition and album in China Art Museum.

This copybook has been treasured by Mr. Shen Yihua for nearly forty years. He immigrated to Canada a few years ago and taught China cultural skills such as calligraphy, painting and seal cutting in Toronto. At present, he has decided to make this qigong treasure public so that more people can see it and find people with better conditions to collect it. This copybook will be officially auctioned on 20 13.

Qi Gong is a famous contemporary calligrapher in China. His calligraphy is elegant and delicate, full of poetry and painting. Deeply loved by the public. Qigong's calligraphy is mainly running script, followed by regular script and cursive script. I have long heard that Qigong has a thousand-word cursive script, which is one of his representative works and extremely precious. On the second anniversary of Mr. Qi Gong's death, we interviewed Mr. Yu Jin, a student of Mr. Qi Gong, and asked him to tell the story of this precious calligraphy work.

Mr. Yu Jin devoted himself to calligraphy, and the more he studied it, the more he realized the exquisiteness of Mr. Qi Gong's calligraphy art. At that time, Mr. Qi Gong lived in Cheng Xiao Lane, Xicheng, Beijing, and now he lives in Cui Hua Street, which is only ten minutes' walk. In his spare time, Mr. Qi Gong often instructs modern painting and calligraphy. I collected an original painting by Wen Zhiming, a great calligrapher in Ming Dynasty, and Qi Gong liked it very much. After reading it, I wrote an appraisal postscript at the end of the paper. Mr. Qi Gong's postscript fascinated me today and praised his beautiful calligraphy! So, Jin Yumeng put forward an idea, hoping that Mr. Qi Gong would write a word for himself so that he could copy and study on weekdays. What I didn't expect today was that his idea actually contributed to the birth of "Qi Gong Cao Qian Shu Wen Zi".

Most of Mr. Qi Gong's calligraphy works are running scripts, with few regular scripts and few cursive scripts. A thousand words in cursive script is a long volume, which was written by Mr. Qi Gong on 1977.

Throughout this volume of Thousand-Character Works, it can be seen that Mr. Qi Gong's calligraphy of sages has won its charm in addition to strokes and knots. Mr. Qi appreciated the charm of "Ode to History", put the pen on his own body and waved it on his chest. Although it is difficult to write a long scroll, and Mr. Wang [has works from time to time], the whole story is full of vitality, vivid and smooth, full of dragons and tigers, and clever brushwork, which fully embodies the heartfelt and pure natural character of Mr. Wang's calligraphy

Today, Shanghai Painting and Calligraphy Publishing House has obtained the permission of Mr. Qi Gong to publish this volume, and is willing to be as good as the calligraphy circle, and * * * rewards this wonderful work.
